I was a bit concerned and unsure of what to expect due to the low rating but had to book last minute and it was the closest option available…I was pleasantly surprised, the room was clean and comfortable, staff was very friendly and efficient at check in / out and the breakfast provided was a plus.

The facilities could definitely use some remodeling but it was acceptable and clean.

The location was very good it's not too far from where I live that's what I like about it

I like the different type of doors that you can come out and the exit and the service of the people there was very very nice

They were scraping the tiles from the floor in the room above me but other than that it was very good

It was an unexpected stay and i think i went to the wrong one but it was nice the staff was very caring and understanding.

The room was wonderful. Employees did a great job of checking me in and adding my reservation to my rewards card.

Just my preference, but I would have liked to have eggs and sausage/bacon with breakfast. Grateful the breakfast was offered.

Convincet located

The phone was unplugged had to go downstairs to get the attendant to get the tv to work

They had weekly rates so I could extend my stay. There was a guest laundry room so I could do my laundry.

Some of the other guests were noisy, which isnt the hotels fault. Toliet seat in my room was a little loose but still able to use it fine.

Very friendly and inviting environment. Staff extra friendly and helpful. Exceeded all my needs.

Alarm clock in empty room next door (connecting doors) started going off at 0600 hrs & didn't stop until I notified front desk
