The breakfast was good. Location good. Front desk Ladies were very nice. Seating area nice and clean.

That we put all dirty towels together hoping we had clean ones after the 2nd day. They didn't even pick it up or left us clean towels. They only put the blanket up didn't even fix the sheets. They didn't pick up the garbage. I had to get clean towels from the front desk.

The staff members at this hotel were incredible. I did not meet an unkind person. Every person was so helpful and friendly. Beds were comfortable, it's very nice and updated. Breakfast was decent. The location was perfect.

The pool was heated, but too cold for me. My son did swim each day, but he commented how cold it was to him. My key card kept malfunctioning. I have no idea what happened, but I had to get them to let me in my room numerous times. They were helpful about it, though. Breakfast was decent, but the pancake maker didn't work right most of the time I was there.

Great location for my family. When we visit Chicago, we stay in Schererville because we have family 5 minutes down the road from the Holiday Inn Express. When we travel accessibility is big for me considering we have kiddos. There is a Target, Wal Mart, Dollar Tree, numerous restaurants both sit down and fast food, Starbucks and Dunkin all within an 8 minute drive. Anything I needed was a quick zip down the street. The property was also well kept in comparison to some other properties in the area. The parking lot was in great condition and the landscaping was appealing. The breakfast honestly wasn’t bad either. The prepared food wasn’t my thing, but I’m picky. There were plenty of other choices for my to pick from so that was nice.

The pool was kind of sketch. Very veryyyy cloudy which makes me assume it might be over chlorinated? The pool is also pretty small. There was about 10-15 kiddos in it when my daughter tried to swim once and it was a little overcrowded. No big deal to us at all, glad to see them having fun honestly. This may just be a bummer for some. Especially if you love to relax in the water. The mattresses weren’t great either. I’ve slept in worse but they were definitely kind of lumpy. Maybe I’m spoiled with my mattress at home, but this may also be a deal breaker if you have back/neck/hip problems.

The location was fine but the eating area was too small especially on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. There wasn't enough space for all the hotel guests in the eating area.. Some guests went outside to eat on the patio and when that area was full some guests went to their rooms with their breakfast items. Also there was too much wheat bread items. More guests seem to want white bread items which there wasn't enough available. We we, spent 5 nights at your hotel.

nice breakfast, omelets and fresh whole fruit. Excellent response time by maintenance for some minor problem Excellent housekeepers and housekeeping schedule done by 11 am.

The pillows were amazing, the entire property was clean and comfortable, I felt safe there, the staff was awesome, including the manager.

Very beautiful decor with soothing, calming colors and also very quiet.

The heat was not consistent in the room, although we increased the thermostat setting. There was also a slight odor of urine(?) in the room. I did not report either issue to the front desk because we only stayed one night.

The manager at the front desk, Lia was awesome! They also served a full & delicious breakfast! The room was spacious & clean! The entire staff was nice! We would definitely come back to this hotel in the future! Thank you, Lia!

The pool was closed on the day we checked in & that was one of the reasons, I chose this property! It opened back up the next day but we didn’t get a chance to use it. Oh well, hopefully next time. Otherwise, our stay was wonderful!

Someone gave our room to someone else however when we got there they worked diligently to get things straightened out.
