More shower water pressure woulda been nice, and the breakfast sausage patties were kinda rubbery and tasteless. Also, I went thru Trivago for the reservation. There was no indication to me of this refundable $50 incidentals charge until I checked in.

The hotel attempted to charge my card for the full amount after leaving. I called the hotel and was told there was a system error and couldn't give me full detail on that call.

Breakfast wasn’t well stocked. Tea selection in afternoon and evening’s didn’t include decaf or herbal options.

The surroundings were clean and comfortable and the pool temperature was just right.

We had no issues. But additional parking in the front of the building would be an added benefit.

Everything pool could be longer but overall the stay was amazing from the staff to the rooms etc I will be returning for a another stay soon

Room was clean and well-maintained. Hotel was busy but quiet. Bed was comfortable. Location was good; lots of restaurants nearby.

Staff was okay. They were fine with me but saw them get a little testy with others. Breakfast was pretty standard.

I didn't stay in the room. I had out of town guests to stay in each room. They were very pleased with the cleanliness, plenty of room and the breakfast was great. The location was near the event we were attending so the location was convenientt as well.
