The check in was smooth (Thank you Crystal), the room was great. Spacious, the bed was comfortable, the black out shade was awesome, made it so much easier to sleep a few extra hours as we were on vacation. We were pleasantly surprised that dove full size pump dispensers were used instead of the small travel items that typical create extra waste. Breakfast was great, the two mornings that we partook, Patrick took good care of us and kept the food coming hot and fresh. The biscuits and gravy, bacon, sausage, eggs, cinnamon rolls, freshly made pancakes, cereal, pastries, juice and coffee were very nice selections. It helped get our day off on a good start and held us over well after lunch. The location is good and the value was also good. The only down side would have been the ice machine on floor 3, I tried to get ice and got very little. It is possibly it was just bad timing and there had been a run on it. Just an inconvenience, did not change my opinion. Thanks to the IHG staff, they keep a nice clean establishment I would definitely stay in again.

The ice machine, not much ice when I tried to get some a couple times during our stay. It did not really detract from out stay, but was a minor inconvenience.

OMG.. I/we did not "like" anything, but I/we absolutely LOVED LOVED LOVED the 2 double full/queen beds and pillows in Room #332!! I can't say enough about how much I really loved sleeping in that bed & my niece loved her bed as well. Never slept more comfortably in a hotel in my entire life and I'm in my 50's (woman) and have traveled a lot!! I didn't want to leave your hotel, to be honest. That's how great it felt. I'll be back for that exact room though! That's why I had to note it here more than once. I mean, I have a top of the line new Sleep Number bed at home and I'd still rather sleep in the wonderful bed & pillows you provided me in room #332 over sleeping in my own custom bed. That's really saying something about how great your beds actually are! So soft and fluffy to lay on, yet fully body-aligned supportive, and just heavenly is all I can say! My body felt so refreshed in the morning & I'm living with terminal stage 4 lung cancer and always under treatment, by the way, so my body usually is in a lot of pain. Not with your bed though. I felt so wonderful in the morning! Don't ever change those beds, please. We also really LOVED the full-sized Dove brand shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower, as well as the full-sized Dove hand soap for the sink! This is the BEST brand (Dove) you could've selected for us guests, in my opinion, and I'm so grateful to use great products at your hotel! The cleanliness of the room & the beds was outstanding as well! Thanks for providing the coffee/tea/microwave & fridge for our use as well! The hot buffet breakfast was just phenomenal & awesome, imo!! Fresh hot scrambled eggs, veggies omelets, biscuits & gravy, sausage links (a bit dry, but still good), wheat French toast sticks, and fricken pancakes, too!! Entitling was really delicious, well-stocked/refreshed throughout breakfast which was great, too.

I didn't like that the room was way too humid over the night & at wakeup in the morning. It was pretty fine feeling (the air in there) when we arrived though, as it wasn't humid in there at that time. It was just a little too warm in there though, so I dropped the temperature on the wall thermostat down to 72°F from 75°F and the room felt great.. for awhile.. lol However, we both (my niece & I) coincidentally woke up at different times in the middle of the night sweating and feeling wet/moist skin so r had to kick the blankets off a few times each, but t wasn't unbearable. Felt like we slept in a room with a swimming pool or hot tub in it, you know what I mean? A dehumidifier would be good in there, maybe.

I got a room in the 3rd floor facing the lake; it was very pleasant waking up every morning with such a nice view. The room was comfortable and everything looked new; breakfast was great and gym was also nice. Staff was great; everyone is friendly.

The only thing it did not look very good was the cleaning of the room; I saw some ants and the bottom bed sheet had blood stains.

The staff was friendly. The breakfast was probably my favorite, with great options. The pool and fitness area were very nice and clean. The bathroom was spacious and looked updated. The hotel had a very relaxing, freshly updated vibe to it.

The extra sofa bed was very uncomfortable all you could feel was the springs, and there was no extra bedding in the room for it, I had to go request it. It was also unclean. When I took off the cushions, there were empty liquor bottles under them and under the couch.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast had a nice variety of choices. Location was perfect for our needs.

Although the bathroom was clean, there could have been more detail in cleaning the floor in the corners, once the bathroom door was closed you could tell the corner had not been cleaned in a while. The elevator floors were also not very clean.

My main reason for booking this hotel was that it offered one room with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed to accomodate my family of six. Breakfast had a good variety. They offered both hot & cold options. All tasted well.

The juice at breakfast tasted watered down. They only had 2 tea selections for hot tea. The coffee could have been a darker brew or more concentrated.

Very clean, great staff.

Heater in our room didn’t work. Maintenance arrived quickly but couldn’t fix it. We were offered the opportunity to change rooms but opted not to because we only stayed one night. Broken heater turned out not to be a problem during our short stay.

Breakfast was excellent and great selection, staff from check in, to folks working in hallways always would speak, We travel from Hammond 3 to 6 times a year, one night stays for Senior bus trips from Welcome Center across the street. Have always used the neighbor motel next door. Not Anymore !

Clean, pleasant decor, front desk staff nice and the breakfast setup was good.

Housekeeping. The Housekeeping lady told me they could not do anything to my room if I had not called the fro t desk earlier that morning and this was the next day after I checked in. No one told me that when I checked in. I asked her to leave clean towels, she did, but left the dirty towels too. SMH. I did not like that.

The breakfast was tasteless not much of a variety every morning for 3 days in the weekend the same thing switch it up

Better variety for breakfast the pancakes maker was always empty and staff slow to refill the bag
