The staff was amazing during our Stay. The Front Desk Agent' who checked us in Friday and the young lady who relieved him were both Awesome, They were professional, helpful and Friendly. The women who relieved her in the morning was a little off putting and not as helpful or friendly. But I would recommend the hotel to friends and family.

It's not that I didn't like it, but it's just in a new plaza being developed. It's location is in a Dry locality and the Hotel Bar closed earlier than expected and it was the Front Desk Agent just started, it was her first shift that night however her service was great and you wouldn't have known it until she wasn't able to sell alcoholic beverages. External places in walking distance were not open it seems past 10 pm. This will probably change as the Plaza developes or not since it's a Dry locality. With that said I had a great time.

The breakfast is good and I love staying near the beautiful Centennial park where I can walk around. There is also a hotel bar. I stay here whenever I’m In Munster visiting family.

Since I’ve stayed here multiple times, I feel like there’s starting to be some wear and tear in common areas, like scuffing on hallway walls. Also, if you’re traveling with a light sleeper, the bathroom door is nearly transparent so your companion will see and hear most things!

We need loved the space inside the room. We had a suite and it had room for 5 of us. We also liked the breakfast. It had different options every morning that we stayed. It was fresh and hot. It was close to a park in Munster and it gave us a great view from our room. We are definitely saving it for the next time we come visit our family in Chicago.

The cleanliness of the room, how comfortable the bed was and the pillows were so soft and relaxing.

It wasn’t enough breakfast options to choose from, just offered scrambled eggs and sausages, cereal, oatmeal, bagels, apples, oranges, bananas, yogurt. I mean why wasn’t there any bacon, pancakes, waffles, cranberry juice and etc. if those options for breakfast were available the hotel will not have so many comments regarding the complimentary breakfast.

The hotel was clean out queen suite was very spacious. Staff was not very hospitable. Working in hospitality as a DOS not one staff member said a simple “hello” when you encountered them.

Friendlier staff better guest interaction

The decor is beautiful and the beds are so comfy. The front desk Manager (name starts with an M) she was such a pleasure to meet and made checking in a breeze. I enjoyed our conversation while checking in and I felt very welcomed by her. She’s such a nice person and I can tell she truly loves servicing the public.

Everything about the property itself was fantastic. However, I didn’t like some of the breakfast. The eggs were dry and burnt to a crisp in some places and the sausages did not taste good.

Rooms were great, beds were comfy, everything throughout the hotel was clean, and staff was very friendly. A great choice for a little getaway with the kids.

Breakfast was just ok - very little option, and the one toaster is incredibly old and slow. What little food that was offered was good though.

They should put a ceiling light in the bedroom. The lights around the bed were fine, but it was a little too dark in the other room. The breakfast was good.

Location was very nice and the availability of the beautiful park across the street was delightful. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Staff was kind and helpful.

Breakfast was OK. Not into turkey sausage. Would have been nice to have potatoes. I'm not an egg person. So had the oatmeal.

I wish there was a heavier blanket on the bed. Kinda thin.
