The Staff with braids who worked 5/2/25 upon our arrival Had Excellent Customer Service.And also the cleanliness of the hotel upon entering was Outstanding A fine Gentlemen who we took up under our wings with picture taking was so very helpful throughout our stay.

It was what we Expected for stay of the weekend

The location was convenient and lots of food options near by

For 225$ me and my daughter stayed in a king suite and there were no towels, went to front desk and only got two body towels . Never received face towels. Also two chairs by ice machine and appears that no one had swept that area in awhile

The room was clean and fairly comfortable. The beds slept amazing . There were enough towels and wash cloths for all that stayed in the room.

The clerk that checked us in wasn't very welcoming or friendly during check-in. The suite was a bit smaller than expected but we made it work. There was only 1 TV in the suite which made it a bit difficult when you have a pre teen and two teenagers traveling with you

Property is by good food places. Staff were nice. You don’t have to pay an extra fee for parking and there is plenty of space. Rooms were clean.

We didn’t get our cleaning for our stay on the 2nd or 3rd night.

I always enjoy my stay! Breakfast was decent. The sausages can be cooked a little longer. Bacon would be nice as well. Cinnamon waffles was tasty! I don't care for those can of eggs. Scrambled and or boiled eggs would be a great selection.

I like that it was 9 minutes from family. The complimentary breakfast was decent. The bed was very comfy. We had plenty of towels. I'd stay again.

The king room was a little small but overall I enjoyed my stay.

Loved that breakfast was included in my rate. Although the surrounding neighborhood was questionable, really liked how close it was to the interstate. We were surprised you have daily cleaning service, kudos to you for that!! Lenny at the front desk was absolutely wonderful!!!! I will stay here again just because of him!! We arrived very late from a wedding reception and he was so nice, considerate, and made our stay a more wonderful experience - he's a jewel!!

The room was a great size for r our family and the breakfast was great so was the parking.

There were not e ought towels and it took a whole day for us to get more towels.

We thought it was a great value that we stayed on our way to NY and our way back towards Arizona. It worked well for our family of 5 to get the room with the pull out couch and double beds.

The area around the hotel is not busy and there is not much to see.

I didn't eat breakfast. I slept through it.

The whirlpool jet streams didn't work. It was like a regular tub to me. I could have stayed at home.i only stayed one day because it was a snow storm.
