I like the fact that it was clean and that the bed s sheets were clean and did not have stains on it and that they offered a lot of TV channels in the room.

My room and accommodations were good but the area that the hotel resides was not the best location. They had a lot of homeless people around the property people walking around observing you when you come in to park and unload your car. I really wish that they would have had some type of security to enforce the location better where people are not walking around half naked and throwing trash all over the property.

Breakfast was decent and good .ac in rooms were very powerful so my room stayed cold all night which I loved. I walked barefoot ,thats how clean the floors were in my room. The room smelt good and fresh. Good coffee maker ,writing desk for food or work. Each room came with a magazine of things to do in chicago so me and my kids enjoyed reading it together.

Only small thing is I got a complaint about my kids being loud disturbing others so when I asked front office to put me in a diffrent room further away from others they did which helped everyone.

Good location right off the freeway. Lots of security cameras. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Breakfast was decent with waffles, yogurt, cereal, instant oatmeal, bread, donettes, and apples.

Lots of little quirks. They made us sign a paper agreeing to lots of policies. I'm not sure if this is common for the area but it seemed like overkill. Housekeeping was only on request. There were no extra towels and we needed to bring dirty towels to the front desk to get clean ones. The bath towels were on the small end and the towels felt cheap in general. Boiled eggs and sausages were available for breakfast only one day of our stay.

The locations was close to all things restaurants Village Station, my family‘s place the highway it was excellent

The food could’ve been a little better than what it was pancakes and cereal. It’s not a very good continental breakfast and then a little more reasonable coffee. The only regular coffee, but decaf should’ve been available. And not enough coffee in the rooms neither or cream or sugar.

The overall experience at the hotel was wonderful, including the room, cleanness and hospitality. The was a young lady working in the kitchen area who said her name was Child of the Most-High; her personality was so beautiful that it made the experience peaceful and even more wonderful.

When I book the hotel, it listed a Conference room and indoor pool. However, when I arrived at the hotel, I was informed that the conference room was close to use and that the hotel was still waiting on a license to open the pool. These too items would have made my experience Execellence as I needed use of a conference room and would have appreciated a dip in the pool.

Nice quiet property, it was very clean. Respectable staff. No problems, It served my purpose.

The property appeared stale, dull, but it was clean. Tissue ran out in the middle of the night . The rug had a stale smell but not very noticeable. Maybe need to be shampooed. The hvac unit was either to cold or to hot, couldn't really set it right. Didn't know hotel did not supply tooth paste. That's my fault. And lastly refrigerator wasn't set cold enough.

Immediately when I walked in the lobby smelled so good and was spotless! The receptionist was very professional and clear. Check in was a breeze and once I entered the room it was amazing. The room was huge and very clean. My family enjoyed the Jacuzzi as well.

I honestly have nothing negative to say because the location, the room, and the price were remarkable.

The room and bathroom was clean, the bed was comfortable. The staff was very accomodating at check in,breakfast and check out.

The time for breakfast could be extended to a little later. It would be nice if they returned the copy of your ID when you leave instead of keeping it.(due to all the identity theft that goes on in the world, people would feel more secure) But I didn't have any real issues.

The access to back door for car quicker. And the fact that they tried to make eggs (boiled) and sausage the day after a guess complained about only serving waffles, toast and cereal.
