Staff was very friendly. Check in was easy, room was clean and comfortable. First time in Chicago. No complaints and breakfast was pleasant. Would definitely recommend. Everything worked and my sleep was great. Water temp was excellent.

Smelled like marijuana from whoever was in there before that’s a smell that’s hard to get out. They did their best to freshen it. It wasn’t overbearing at all. I would definitely stay again. Wasn’t really a dislike for me. I would rather not be in the mist of it but I know they can only do so much.

I liked the amenities: gym, free parking, streaming access and complimentary breakfast. Lobby was comfortable. Staff friendly, professional and accommodating.

The chair in the room looked nasty it was stained. The chair appeared unsanitary. The room had a musty odor. We did not feel safe on the elevator. Elevators made noises that sound like the elevator cables were going to break. No inspection certificate posted.

The cleanliness...the breakfast was very good and satisfying....for the money, y'all were amazing....two👍👍up!! If y'all keep that up, I'll definitely stay each time I'm in Chicago!!💜

I wished that there was a server for the breakfast...with a glass shield over the hot food counter....it's great to be the first one down there to breakfast, which I was Friday morning, but late Saturday morning...the food had been pitched over by folks in pajamas and crusty faces....so I just had apple juice and peanut butter for protein....but that's minor...I just know from now on, be there early!!💜😂

Made last-minute reservations as we were in Chicago for a funeral. Communication regarding our reservation, which was done online, was good, and check-in was easy. The location was great for what we needed. The hotel was very clean. Staff was friendly and responsive. Having breakfast, which was good, was a real convenience. Overall, a good stay.

Had to ask front desk for clean towels because housekeeping didn't clean room even though door tag requesting service was hung on door. Was advised that new housekeepers were in training. Clean towels we provided right away.

I loved the location. It was centrally located between the airport & our visiting destination. The area did not offer relatively close restaurants, but across the interstate was available places to eat. I liked the convience of simple snacks available for sale in the lobby. The staff was friendly. The lobby was clean. Love the sitting area outside with fire pit. Rooms were clean. Couch free of smells and stains.

Did not like the dirty carpet in the hall and the loud operating elevator on the right.

Al the hotel manager was very, accommodating to our check-in process. I had never used the credit card and it initially didn't go thru but Al helped straighten it out. Kudos to his patience and professionalism!

Only thing I had issue with was the hallway carpet was sticky in front of 307 and our shoes keep getting stuck to it. The entire carpets in the hallway really needs to be replaced.

I liked that breakfast was included and it was near several food and shopping options.

We booked a room due to a power outage, and the hotel suffered the same issue the next morning. Also, the room seemed as if it was spot cleaned as several areas could have benefitted from a thorough clean.

I was glad about hot food being provided at this loc. However, there is some opportunity for improvement with the quality of the food. The eggs and sausage links could use a new recipe. The waffles and sausage patties were great! I could tell the space had recently been renovated. It looks very nice. The rooms were clean, fresh and decorated nicely. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel was quiet. I felt safe in the area. The front desk folks were very pleasant too.

The eggs did not taste good. The pillows were too soft for my liking. Everything else was very decent. I feel like I got a deal for the amount that I paid. I would stay in this hotel again and recommend it to others. The parking was convenient.

Breakfast was good, but didn't have a variety of meats the one morning that I ate there.

A variety of meats for people who eat breakfast each morning, but what they had was good.

Location and breakfast were good. Quiet stay even tho we got a room close to the elevator. Easy check in / out.

Bed was waaaay too soft as well as the pillows.A sure back pain next morning.
