The size of the rooms are great.

The only issue I had was Saturday night. I left my hotel key in my other purse, which was in my daughter's car. My son dropped me off at the hotel, when I realized it. He went to the desk & was given a replacement key!!! I was not at the desk with him & was outside. I myself know, that isn't the proper protocol!!! I didn't make a big issue, because that was my child & I was outside. But what if, it wasn't my child & someone else?????

The front desk clerk, Heather, exhibited exceptional people skills while maintaining a professional demeanor!!! The facility was immaculate, and all needs were met by all the employees!! We will, definitely, utilize this facility whenever in this state! Thank you to all the employees who made this stay exceptionally pleasant!!!

Room and facilities were super clean. Pool was maintained well. Largest breakfast selection I've had at a hotel in awhile. Rooms were very spacious. Conveniently located near many stores and restaurant.

The only thing about the property that I could possibly say I didnt like was the parking lot. Pulling into the property made me slightly nervous but once settled those nerves were put at ease.

Nice basic hotel, not near to Chicago downtown, but quite hal hour drive from it good position on the way to east (Detroit/Niagara) we stayed two nights with family with car, the distance was ok to reach downtown and to go back in the night good breakfast, quite a good choice nice staff

I enjoyed the breakfast very much due to the selection of items to eat. The staff were pleasant and the area was very clean. The front entrance staff were very friendly.

I was greeted with the biggest smile! Ladonna checked us in and she was amazing. So very friendly and accommodating!!! She ROCKS!!!

Only thing was we were there for a basketball tournament and they only had one washer and dryer lol. Sooo I had to wait, like, 30 whole minutes to use the machines. The only slight downside

Now, I’ve stayed at this establishment on various occasions. They are a little more expensive than the surrounding hotels, but it all makes up for it because they have the whole package. I’d be shocked to hear if someone said they wouldn’t return because they are extremely accommodating and the upgraded rooms are perfect! I’m about to return and if they are sold out, I’m going to have to change dates. Lol! Needless to say, please keep it up.

Quiet Clean, especially the bathroom. AC was quiet. Breakfast was hot and delicious and the staff was friendly, polite and helpful.

Everything was as expected.

Close to a lot of restaurants seemed to be a good clean area

Everything was great but the bed wasn’t made and they didn’t give use clean was clothes or a floor mat
