Breakfast was alright...need more variety staying ( 7 ) days wasn't impressed

Head maintenance ( didnt even check our TV ) Complained to desk ( 3 ) TIMES , ( and she was a gem also} ( Ingrid )...so she sent Anthony which far EXCEEDED THE FIRST GUY !!! HE SHOULD DEFINITELY BE REWARDED....She also comp our room which we booked through booking.com and we never received fee back Anything you can do to help WE WOULD APPRECIATE....WE STAY WITH YOU EVERY YR,,THANK YOU

Enough space for our family to spend 2 comfortable nights. Housekeeping and reception staff were very helpful and courteous. They provided a roll-on bed on request. Gym and pool were clean and in good condition. Breakfast was simple but good enough to start off the day well :)

The rooms were very clean, and it even had a dishwasher, with plates utensils. A fridge. The staff was friendly and helpful. Will return to bring my grandkids to the indoor pool. I watched other children and adults enjoying themselves at the pool.

The breakfast didn't have bacon and sausage. Instead, it had a meat gravy concoction.

They were in the middle of renovations, and although our room was recently renovated, it still had that old, musty, cigarette smell.

Never got breakfast, serves to early. Not good should be 7:00a.m to 11.00 am at least. Need better timing. Thanks

The snow wasn’t cleared out of handicap spots. That was horrible.when your disabled you have hard time walking as it is. Finally. Had to complain to the front desk and tell them we couldn’t get our car out.?That was the worse. Snow. Thanks 😊

The large suite with full size refrigerator and dishes were very nice.

The room had an unpleasant odor, likely due to pets but other hotels do not have this issue. Potentially was a previous smoking room, which was unpleasant.

I loved the kitchenette with full sized refrig and freezer. The room was more spacious than anticipated. The front staff help was so cheerful, courteous and helpful.

The door to my suite was extremely difficult to push open.

the evening manager was very professional and helpful, and everything was very clean.

there are several hotels very close to this one and unfortunately I picked the wrong one. My fiancé and I have been planning a close from home getaway for weeks now and at this time of year our main interest was relaxing in the hot tub, which was ice cold and unable to be fixed during our stay so we were very disappointed.

Breakfast could've been better,,when you stay 5 nights or longer...Need a variety..
