The location was perfect as it was close to the activities we had to do in the city. The rooms were clean. The cleaning lady has done an amazing job during our stay to keep not only the place clean but also to provide clean towels

The room didn't have mineral water bottles, I had to buy water everyday from the hotel reception where a bottle was expensive. I paid two dollars per bottles of 500ml. the hotel should be able to provide water bottles for the rooms, at least 3 bottles a day per guest

Everything, and as usual the front desk gentleman always, always sets the tone for our entire stay,he's always so warm and smiling and welcoming after a long trip on the highway and you just don't get that with other hotels, not even the expensive ones, he's always so nice!!! The rooms are always extremely clean and comfortable all the way down to the dusting..trust me I always check!! The breakfast is awesome and always delicious taste like a Dennys restaurant breakfast always..please go to this hotel your never gonna be disappointed.

Everything, this hotel has exceptional staff and exceptional service and exceptional staff.this hotel is exceptional!!!...from the time I met the front desk person to the time I got in the room I was impressed beyond words I am a real person and a real guest I have no connection to this hotel whatsoever other than I'm a faithful returning guest every time I visit chicago Illinois...this is my favorite hotel and I'll never go anywhere else I love this particular hotel 5 stars!!!!

Great staff, very attentive and facilitated a smooth check in and out. The hotel itself was clean and neat and the same could be said about the room as well. The breakfast was good too! Overall, extremely good service and facilities for the price.

The bathroom, while clean and seemingly free of mold, had a strong pee smell. After we left the door open with the fan on for a while the smell disappeared, otherwise the rest of the room was clean.

VERY clean, comfortable rooms, welcoming staff, plentiful breakfast with options for the whole family, pet-friendly with a very reasonable rate ($25 fee) and plenty of grass for dog walks, parking was easy and included. We arrived late and left after breakfast but it was a perfect road trip stopover for our family!

There were no highchairs and they were out of pack and plays when we arrived, so just a heads up for families traveling with babies.

The staff was welco.ing and professional and made the stay very comfortable and again the front desk staff that checked us in is always very nice professional and welcoming and he always sets the tone for a great stay!!the rooms are very very very clean and comfortable, we always leave a good tip for whoever clean our room because the rooms are always cleaned soooo well e even down to the dusting...and you just don't see that at other hotels...the breakfast is always good and tasty and have plenty of choices,it's ne er bland,and you can tell staff puts extra care into making their sausage eggs and potatoes have a great quality taste.even more expensive hotels don't pay this much detail to all aspects of their hospitality services or at least the ones I've been to...I would recommend this hotel to all whose looking for an exceptional hotel...this was my third stay and I won't go anywhere else from now on when we go up to visit inlaws in chicago Illinois.....I'll absolutely be back again and again!!!!

The breakfast was a full breakfast it was very plentiful there was a nice varieties choose from of drinks, coffee and espresso. You name it. It is a very nice place to stay. I stayed there every year since they have open. The tiles are as wide as snow. The beds are clean. The bathrooms are clean and the staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Front desk staff was professional and very welcoming after a three hour drive and everything was clean and beautiful from the time you enter the front door which set the tone for our over all stay..rooms were very clean and comfortable and breakfast waste tasty and delicious and hot!! Excellent excellent service!!! I've been to expensive hotels where I didn't receive even half of the wonderful service that I did here at the laquinta inn in Shorewood Illinois

The room was very comfortable and clean.

Street noise was loud. The shower was slippery with no grab bar inside the shower curtain. When we arrived at breakfast at 7:00 the food trays were near empty. Saw no one to refill. None of these things were dealing breakers.
