This is an absolutely beautiful hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was huge, clean and gorgeous. The free breakfast was great and there were some unique options. This hotel is across the street from a mall and would be a great location for a Girls Weekend.

This was our last stop of a 3 week vacation so I know it has become very popular in hotels to have either barn doors or pocket doors on the bathrooms. I'm not a fan. This one has pocket doors that are very difficult for an older person to open and close. Otherwise it is a perfect place.

It was very clean, decorative, and modern. Yet warm and homey. I like the abeyance . And the staff was very nice

It was my daughter’s birthday, and she wanted to go to a hotel to swim. So I made sure to book a nice hotel with a pool When we got there to check in, they told us THEN that the pool was closed for maintenance. So I had to book another room elsewhere across the street just so my kids could go swimming. It was very inconvenient for our purposes at this particular hotel and for my wallet having to book 2 hotel rooms for one day. None the less everything else was great

The property was one of the cleanest hotels we've stayed at. The staff was helpful and pleasant to work with. There are lots of nice little amenities. Overall it was a great stay for the value. Very comfortable.

Pulling into the location was a bit confusing. There is only one way into the parking lot and it's a left turn on a road that seems like you shouldn't be able to turn left. Not a huge deal at all, just confusing first interaction with the property.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. Bruce at the front desk was very accommodating and even helped return to me an item that I left behind. We had to depart before breakfast was set up, however the morning staff arranged for us to get some food for the road.

The room layout was a little weird. It could have used a closet & a place to remove shoes by the door, rather than all the way in the back of the room.

The customer service at the front desk was the best customer service I ever had

I really enjoy the customer service and also the Most important part was the people who kept cleaning the room. They did a excellent job.

Prestine-staff very friendly!

Just some kids partying until way after midnight and making a lot of noise. They had the parking lot a mess in the morning. Felt bad for whoever had to clean it up.

I loved how friendly and accommodating the staff was

I didn’t like the every other day housekeeping. Would have much rather preferred daily trash and towel change out

The room was large and clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent as was the staff.

The price was a bit high but again it was during Thanksgiving and they were completely booked

This place was welcoming and I felt at home (seriously) as soon as we walked through the front door. We were greeted each time we came in. The room was spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed and more. The breakfast each morning was hot and delicious with sweet and savory options. The pool was warm and they even had a few pool you items for kids to enjoy.

The pillows were pretty firm for my liking but there isn't anything else I didn't like

So clean. Rooms spacious and well equipped with everything you need. Staff excellent. We didn’t have a car and there are eating places within walking distance which is unusual in the States when not on the city.
