It was quiet and clean. The staff was very courteous, friendly and accommodating. The little snack area was clean and full. In the morning for breakfast the girl working the mares was so on top of things, keeping hot foods stocked, coffees & milk filled, little messes and spills were constantly cleaned and tables wiped, even the floor messes she had the dry vacuum right away. They made you feel like they appreciate their guests.

Apparently day staff had their kids there. I love kids but when they're all over the place doing cartwheels in the dining area and sleeping or hanging out in the computer room they honestly need to go home. staff not very attentive either. Maybe Hilton needs to provide a daycare for their employees or they need to put the kids in a room not the common areas.

The breakfast was better than we expected. Waffles, eggs, biscuits and gravy. Fresh fruit and pantries. The staff was very helpful and nice.

Upon arrival we learned that the pool was closed for maintenance. We were traveling with two grandsons and choice this location so that they could enjoy the pool. The staff reduced the price of the room. We found a nearby trampoline park and the boys had more fun there, as well as expended more energy.

Property was clean and conveniently located near several different stores/shopping centers.

Got in late and the check in staff was rude. Immediately rushed to tell me I didn't have a reservation but had already called to check in. Attitude was unnecessarily rude, didn't apologize, and overall lack luster.

Everything was close from parking, to our room, and breakfast.

The cost of food is outrageous. I don’t understand the mark up at hotels mini stores . $5-7 for a bowl of marketplace cereal or mac and cheese is ridiculous. I think the to go salad was almost $15.

Good location, although nearby highway was noisy. Good breakfast, although many items were high sugar. Polite, helpful front desk staff. Nice workout facility.

Breakfast was a delight with just enough variety. I loved the coffee and tea in the lobby. I love the small ducks and appreciate that the $1 goes to charity.

Only once glitch and the desk assured me it would be fixed. The drain in the tub wouldn’t secure.

Everything about the hotel was as expected. Very clean. Breakfast was delicious. Pool was fun.

The beds are alot firmer than I am used to sleeping on so that was a bit uncomfortable but manageable.

We had a room with 2 queen beds but only a single bedside table between them. An additional side table for each bed would have been helpful, along with outlets, for CPAP devices or charging phones.

Comfortable and close to a variety of restaurants and stores. Great staff. We were able to check in early and even upgraded us to a king suite to get us a room before checkin.
