The friendly staff. Priscilla greeted me with my name when I first arrived and we spoke often and I also met another lady Martha who was also very kind and I told her I would see her again the next time I come to town when I checked out

My mattress was very soft. I have back problems and I wish it had been firmer

I was on the first floor away from the elevator so I didn’t hear people coming and going. The staff were friendly and kept the facility very clean.

I was supposed to have a fridge and microwave but the room didn’t have one. The ice machine on the first floor was broken it should have had an out of order sign on it. I finally found out the second day that I had to go to the third floor to get ice.

I found the motel to be clean, comfortable and with a friendly staff. Fair value for the money.

There was no 'fridge or microwave in the room, the which I found surprising and a trifle inconvenient. Also, no maid service after the first night of my stay. Not even the waste baskets emptied.

The location was great right near the highway and the mall

The room was not in the best of condition.the window was dirty.the tub had a hole in it.the bed was not very comfortable seems like the mattress need to be changed

THE ELEVATOR!!! I STAYED HERE FOR AN EXTENDED PERIOD OF TIME.. WITHIN THAT PERIOD OF TIME (4+WEEKS) I GOT STUCK IN THE ELEVATOR TWICE.AND THE CALL BUTTON ONLY WORKED SPIRATICALLY

Convenience to the location I was going and convenient to dining options

Nothing, other than a leaking toilet when flushed.

The room exceeded expectations, and the fridge and microwave were lifesavers for the food budget.

A slight issue with connecting to wifi, even when in the lobby. There was a little bit of difficulty getting quarters for the laundry as well.

Location is great. It was affordable for the short stay.

It smelled a bit and there were a lot of animals there and you can also smell that.

The hotel room was clean. I like the floors. Nice tub. The price was great! I love that's it's across the street from the mall and near restaurants. Good T V channels.

The furniture is old and peeling. But I'd rather have old furniture than higher prices.
