Well I've been there about I don't know maybe four five time August was my birthday I wasn't comfortable at all those days but this time I was real comfortable and the room was clean this time I love that room will be coming back The Lord's will everybody have a blessing be safe thank you

I can say a lot of things I didn't like in the past but that's the past I enjoyed myself this time That's all that matters to me and I was comfortable and by the way I have plenty of pictures from last year this year three or four five times I have pictures you can believe that God bless

The staff was super friendly at the front desk and in the bar area. The Rocky LaPorte show was awesome!!

The hotel rooms, the venue, the bar area - everything was clean, updated and looked very nice. The only thing I’d like to add is that we didn’t have a great first impression of the outside of the property, the entrance side. I feel it needs to be brightened up a little - maybe a blacktop to the parking lot, painted in some areas, maybe some flowers here and there otherwise the hotel looks very nice. The complimentary breakfast was probably best complimentary breakfast I’ve had in a hotel anywhere. The server was very nice as well. Great job Clarion !!

This property has always been one of my favorites. I highly recommend anyone to use them they are great for both business and personal stays. The breakfast is amazing and the staff are welcoming and professional.

The staff was excellent and friendly. The updated bathrooms were nice.

The TV cable option was not great. The reception kept cutting out and we couldn't use the guide function so scrolling through several channels to find the channel I wanted.

This property has been one of my favs thus far! The breakfast is amazing, the staff is friendly and professional. House keeping is amazing! I would HIGHLY recommend this property. BEST HOTEL in the Joliet area

We were on a cross country trip and so we arrived after midnight. Im glad they have front desk 24/7, we were able to check in smoothly. we had to stay til 12pm as we needed extra hr sleep, so we paid extra $15 for extending an hour. they remodeled the building and it was better!

the lady at the front desk said she’ll refund me the $15 that was charged since I think we only stayed there for few hrs (4:30am to 11:30am lol) we got the deposit refunded, but the $15 still haven’t receive it. but it’s okay, it was a pleasant stay anyway!

Check in desk employee was chatting with another employee who was “hanging out”, waiting for Chipotle delivery. I wasn’t informed of breakfast times or food/bar availability. Was not personal customer service.

The location was perfect. It's close to shopping centers and restaurants. Very affordable and the staff were very friendly.

I don't have anything to say bad about my experience .
