The price is reasonable for the area.
Minor stuff like paint peeling of the top of the shower. There is also construction going on right now so the name of the hotel is not even on the front of the building.

The staff was knowledgeable and courteous. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. I will definitely be coming back there to stay in the near future.
