Variety was good over our 6 days. Never ran out of anything during core hours. The staff was very very attentive to the breakfast buffet and really listened when someone needed something. Six days flawless even when swamped on the weekend.

Too many guests on the weekend. Line for the waffles too long [14] is too many even tho you had two waffle maker's. Overall, a good experience even when your at capacity on weekends. You are staffed correctly and the staff worked hard and really hustled to keep things good for all. Bonus time is recommended. Cheers.

It was very comfortable and safe. Everyone was incredibly friendly and nice. From the front desk staff, breakfast staff, cleaning staff… every person we encountered was so nice! Even other guests were in such good moods and pleasant which says a lot about their experience being positive also. The hotel was quiet and calm. Great breakfast also! The shower was hot with great water pressure. We had a mini fridge and coffee maker and other helpful accessories. It was a great stay, highly recommend!

I had a hard time finding a room with two queen beds so we booked a room with two doubles. I was with my mother and my wife and my wife and I were pretty smooshed in the double lol.

I enjoyed talking to the staff when I arrived and departed. Soon as I got in my room, my name was on the TV. Very welcoming. Room was clean up to my standards because I'm OCD. Room, bed, pillows were comfortable and I'll definitely recommend and stay again. I traveled there to attend Juice WRLD day. Couldn't wait to get in the bed and rest afterwards, so I wouldn't be exhausted driving back home. Breakfast was great as well. Thank you

Breakfast was decent with plenty of options. Room was spacious. Check-in and out was easy.

Wi-fi wasn't great. I've never been a fan of having a sink outside the bathroom, but it is nice when you're sharing a room to have a sink outside. That said, there was a second sink in the kitchen area, so I don't know why the bathroom sink couldn't be inside.

I loved the space in the rooms and everything was fresh and neat

I didn't like that the pillows were way too soft, not enough cover on the bed and we actually thought the beds were supposed to be Queens instead of full sized. The refrigerator was cold at all. There was no coffee pot in the room there was a base but no pot. The fact that we had to call for more towels but never received them, we had to come down and get them and the breakfast was mediocre.

I chose this hotel for my group of college students who had a competition in downtown Chicago. The drive (30 minutes on a Saturday; 45 minutes on a weekday) was a pain, but that's Chicago. Fortunately, the highway entrance is right near the hotel. The breakfast was a notch above bad hotel breakfast because they had some hot foods like sausage and eggs that were filling, if not great. We really liked the staff person who helped us--Samantha--was really kind and interested in our group.

Breakfasts are hard, esp. when there's a big group of middle school hockey players at the hotel at the same time. But the hotel was still clean and quiet. Oh, and I didn't like paying $5/day for parking when it's a big lot in a suburban location: why do they need to charge at all in this location?!

Rooms were clean and comfortable. We booked 2, for family. Desk staff kindly let them look at the room and change it when they wanted something different.

Nothing that's the hotel's fault. I was surprised that a hotel so close to the airport took more than 15 minutes to get there because it was on "the other side" of the airport.

The rooms and the hallways were clean and tidy: the furniture was pretty new and modern. Rich breakfast with a large variety of options: good quality of food. The receptionists were kind and happy to help.

I would have preferred to see more effort put on recycling: there was lots of waste of paper plates and plastic cups at breakfast. A sustainable option is to use ceramic/hard plastic plates and cups to be washed and reused.

Rooms are good

The staff at breakfast counter could have been more human. I saw them talking to a family who is late by couple of minutes after they close and rejected not to serve them ,and they even did not flinch to serve even though there are little kids in the family

Staff was very nice. They were very helpful whenever we needed anything. The breakfast was a little different each day which was nice. We stayed 4 nights. The pool was a little cold and probably could use a good cleaning but overall a great value for the cost.
