The Hampton Inn O'Hare was ideal for our stay. Our room was quiet and immaculately clean, and beds/pillows were very comfortable. Every member of the staff was efficient, friendly, and helpful, but special mention must go to Grace, Camila, Leslie, Ricky, and Esther who made our extended stay so enjoyable. The breakfast variety was excellent - and warm biscuits with gravy for those who wanted it, but with butter and jam for this woman, was a special treat! In addition, the frequent airport shuttle with very helpful drivers was a real gift. This was a second visit to the Hampton Inn O'Hare, and guaranteed, it won't be the last!

Breakfast and room were great. Lots of great options in the morning and they even had a free shuttle bus service to the airport that runs every 15 minutes or so. The room itself was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Hotel was under renovation which meant the pool and the main entrance were under construction. I wish this was mentioned more clearly before booking as price still matched many other hotels in vicinity.

The hotel is placed in perfect distance from the airport, an Uber took about 8 minutes back and forth (there is a free shuttle but we just had a more hectic schedule and a nervous cat, it was easier to take a taxi). The stuff was very nice, the room was clean, good sized, and the bathroom looked brand new. Overall, a great experience, even with a cat who wanted to murder us for traveling for so long :)

The only thing that was slightly uncomfortable is the weekend price for one night - we've only spent about 8 hours at the hotel, and had to give $280 (not counting the pet fee).

I had to wait for a shuttle at T5 for 45 min. After 30 min waiting I called again then it came … during the time I saw other hotels’ shuttle coming and go twice. My other half ordered pizza delivery, it added delivery charge and hotel charge, tax then tipping. More than $20 spent on top of the actual pizza price! Free breakfast buffet was very basic. It’s ok

The location: We wanted to be close to O’Hare and near enough to the cemetery in Niles for our sister’s memorial service. The shuttle service: Four of us flew and we did not want to rent vehicles to get to the hotel. The drivers were very skilled and pleasant. It was so convenient and reliable. The hot breakfast: Thank you for starting breakfast at 5:30 a.m.! The food was tasty and plentiful, with a good variety. (I love those blueberry muffins!)The coffee was hot and delicious every day. Having tea bags and hot water available was also appreciated. I liked the Orange Spice tea. The breakfast employees, front desk, cleaners and all the staff were very cheerful and accommodating . The complimentary bottled water: It was just what I needed every day because I am supposed to drink 64 oz. daily. Having it always available made it easy for me to stay hydrated. The pool and workout room: My brothers wanted to swim and use the treadmill and hot tub. The hours were convenient.

The litter in the parking lot, on the lawn, and around the building was a detraction. I walked around the parking lot for 35 minutes 2 days because I walk 2 miles at home. Often on my walks I pick up trash and take it home to my garbage cart. I thought about asking the staff for a trash bag but I did not.

What did I like about this hotel? I absolutely love the remodeling of these rooms this hotel is amazing for the price and for the amenities that you're going to get with this hotel and this hotel has microwaves in the room they got microwaves in the room yeah the rooms are so comfortable so dope so give you that downtown London house feeling I couldn't believe I can believe that these rules was like this it blew my mind that this hotel is like this I would definitely stay here again I would recommend everybody come check out this hotel if you stayed here before it's totally different I promise you that I absolutely love it the staff was amazing the hospitality just everything about this hotel whoever is the design of this new GM or whoever who this lady is they spoke about at the front desk kudos to you ma'am you have really set this hotel back on the map to where it can compete do you hear me and hold this on like there's no way I'm going to be paying all these prices for these others the embassy suites.. I'm coming to this hotel and so should you

What I didn't like about this hotel is they should have had this lady remodel this hotel long time ago long time ago I love everything about this hotel there's nothing I don't like about this hotel this hotel you guys have to check it out.

The location is close to O'Hare, 294, & I-90. Parking is safe, well-lit, and FREE! The staff is exceptional and the lobby has places to gather with your group, including a cozy area to watch TV. The pool looked inviting & the fitness center quite adequate. The room was very comfy, updated, and clean. Super comfy bed & pillows with a fridge & microwave & everything you need. If not, just call the front desk & they will deliver! FREE unlimited bottled water is included. We loved the high-end shampoo, conditioner, & liquid soap in refillable dispensers (no little bottles!). The FREE breakfast included hot eggs, potatoes, & chicken sausage. Also, two waffle makers (large & 4 minis) & hot oatmeal, fresh melon, etc. Again, wonderful stuff re-stocking & cleaning. Breakfast available until 10am every day!

You have to ask in order to get your room cleaned. No other complaints from us!

Love the location, 10 minutes away from O’Hare airport & rental cars drop off was about 6 minutes away.. the complementary breakfast was good, jacuzzi was nice & hot my kids loved it ..many restaurants and fast food places to eat.. there is also a nearby Dollar General and Family Dollar and Walmart..

My keycard keep deactivating and I don’t know why..I had to go to the hotel lobby several times to get it reactivated … which was very annoying, but other than that everything else was OK

The Hampton Inn was very good overall. The hotel staff was exceptionally friendly, and the room was spacious with a nice bathroom and all the necessary amenities. The breakfast offered was very good, and the proximity to the airport, along with the convenient shuttle ride, was exactly what we needed for our early flight.

The main issue we encountered was the extremely thin walls. We could hear a noisy mother yelling at her children until well past midnight, which made it difficult to fall asleep. This lack of soundproofing significantly impacted our ability to rest before our early morning flight. Additionally, the hotel did not have a restaurant, which might be an inconvenience for some guests.

Comfortable and clean rooms.

I had booked 3 rooms but they told me I had only booked 2. I gave my confirmation number but was told it was not their confirmation number so I would have to call Booking.com to get it resolved. Fast forward to almost an hour later, while on hold on the phone, I was told they did actually have my booking for 3 rooms! When we all finally got to our rooms, we noticed the message light was on, on the hotel room phone. We could not find any directions to retrieve messages, so we called the front desk. She said she didn’t know how to get messages, so we never got to listen to it!
