I had a last minute change in my travel plans and needed a hotel near O’Hare that had airport shuttle service. They had a nice mobile texting feature that kept me up to date on when the shuttle would arrive. The shuttle drivers, both coming and going, were great. I must admit, I was a bit concerned when I entered the lobby. It’s a bit dated and has seen better days but once I got to my room, everything was great, comfortable bed, hot water, quiet. It is also nice that there is a restaurant attached to the lobby. There was a decent breakfast in the morning.

It was great to sleep at your hotel for one night between flightsbefore I could get a plane out.It was perfect. I got a suite for 118, great price. Staff was great, the breakfast was exceptional had everything anyone could want.

Unfortunately I must dropped my credit card probably in the lobby. I thought I lost it at the airport. used a second credit card. I put a freeze on my credit card and the next, after I left, my CC company said someone tried to use my lost card at your hotel. Sad to experience the dishonest side human nature first hand. Only thing, when I couldn’t find credit card #1, I tried to pay cash and was refused. Luckily I had a second card. Perhaps they should allow cash payment.

Staff was excellent - polite, attentive and informative. Location is excellent for travelling via interstate highways or airport. The room was spacious and clean.

There is an extra charge for parking that I was not aware of until check-in. It may have made a difference in my choice of hotels since I was looking for the least expensive in the area. The facility was a little older and could use updating. Traffic noise was obvious from inside the room but it wasn't too bad.

The convivence of being able to attend my daughter's wedding without anything causing me to be late.

The breakfast I didn't like. I seem to always have a room way in a corner away from elevators and the vending and ice machines. I didn't know that I had to specify that I was a senior citizen or had a walking distance issue. When I applied the senior or AARP discount, (I forgot which I used), I thought it was known we were seniors. The only discomfort that I had was the walking from the elevators to and from the room.

I had a concert at Rosemont Theater and chose this hotel after reading reviews. Best decision ever. They have a free shuttle to and from the airport. They will send you a text and if you reply 'shuttle' to the text, you'll get a link. Tell them where you are and where you want to go and you'll be shown where the driver is, how long he'll take to get to you, etc. We arrived to the hotel EXTREMELY early. But they let us check in for free. (We were at least 3 1/2 hours earlier than our check n time.) We settled in and then walked downstairs and asked for a shuttle to the concert. Free. They dropped us off at the door of the Rosemont Theater and told us to call them when we were ready to be picked up. We took a little longer to get out the next day but there were zero issues with leaving at 12:30. Lots of plugs and plugs for USB items. We like our rooms hot and the heater did not disappoint us! It is not the cleanest hotel. Soap and other items were somewhat sparse. But they totally made up for it via customer service and a desire to please. Also, they have a UNOs restaurant attached to the hotel on the first floor. You can dial an extension from your room to order. You pay the restaurant; it's not charged to your bill. The breakfast buffet was ok. Not the best I've ever had but it filled me up. Lots of room in the restaurant to eat and, as always, you can take the food to your room. Finally, the reviews mention a female driver. She had me cracking up on the way to the concert. Definitely a people person!

Televisions were on the small side. But there were two of them and both of the remotes had been cleaned and wrapped in plastic. Toiletries were also on the small side. Small bottles of shampoo and conditioner and small bars of soap. The sink, at least in my room, was outside the bathroom. So you have to wash your hands after you leave the bathroom unless you wash them in the tub. Sturdy desk to write on and a shockingly comfortable chair. Pull out couch was your typical pull out couch. There if needed but not suggested for a full night's sleep.

The shuttle service to and from the airport was excellent and the drivers (Shirley and Mike) were brilliant! The hotel restaurant, Pizzeria Uno, is fabulous and well worth the wait for their deep dish pizza. This is their only location outside downtown Chicago, so it's very lucky for the Schiller Park area and Comfort Suite guests.

Breakfast didn't have many healthy options, the decaf coffee was cold, and a new pot never arrived. We booked Comfort Suites for two nights, one for our arrival and one for our departure. But we lost our deposit on our first night because our plane from Manchester (Aer Lingus) was delayed and we arrived 24 hours later. This was not our fault, but Comfort Suites wouldn't make an exception.

Spacious, clean rooms including separate lounge room. Friendly, helpful and accommodating staff. Shuttle service to and from airport, train station and fashion outlets. Fantastic restaurant and bar in lobby area. Gym on my floor. Free breakfast which was fantastic. Close to airport and train station for access downtown.

I loved the whole property and my stay there.

I enjoyed the room setup. There is a living room when you first walk in with a door that you can shut separating it from the bathroom and bedroom. The breakfast was different the three mornings I had it. Parking wasn't horrible for the location.

I had some issues with the wifi. My room was on the sixth floor, and the wifi didn't work in the room the entire time I was there. If I went to the lobby it worked, and I was offered to change rooms. However, I had already unpacked and didn't want to have to move, so I dealt with it.

Service in the front receptionist Mr. Karan when we arrive was so helpful and kind , professional , Very helpful with directions& the men at night time was excellent as well. and professional. Love that the Room was Clean, & it has a microwave & mini fridge, very useful. Just that t room need carpet updates I guess. I enjoy Lemon water , coffee and té at the lobby was excellent , available at all times & the restaurant was great we try the dish pizza & was delicious. Breakfast love it Good options love that it was included in the price, The Shuttle service was excellent & included from airport to hotel & to places near like t mall & the train station at anytime, the person who work from 6am up was the best excellent service , professional kind & friendly. The experience in General was great , for the price & things included.

Loud music at night, but I guess bc I was by t front entrance window where I think is a night club. But stops at some time that I didn’t release just feel asleep.

There's nothing particularly special but if you're looking for a somewhere next to the airport, this is a good option. Big room. Decent facilities. Comfy. Good WiFi You can also try the Chicago deep dish pizza here as one of the famous pizza restaurants has a branch here
