The staff was extremely friendly. The location is fantastic. CTA Blue Line Cumberland Station canbe accessed from the hotel parking lot. Great for access to both downtown and O'Hare.

Never tried this hotel before because it is unappealing from the outside. Big mistake, much nicer on the inside.

Need to have coffee for your guests It was only available at the bar and the line was way too long . I would rather stay in a hotel that provides self service coffee

Great location. Very nice hotel. Best hotel pool for families with kids in the Chicago area.

Poolside room was small with just two full beds (not queen beds). These beds are ok for 1 person, but not really accommodating for 2.

Excellent location near the O'Hare International Airport with an airport transfer included. The meal was excellent. very comfortable room and pleasant garden view.

A "Reception" sign en route from the train station. I had to walk 3 sides of the building to find the entrance, dragging my case.

It is time to update your equipment in the gym, the bikes especially. One creeks when you ride it , the other one does not turn on. They both could use some additional cleaning.

i think for a Marriott brand it could do with a bit of touch up cosmetic wise to make it look more presentable especially when getting to the rooms and corridors and stairways

Rather dated. The pool is a bit tatty, discolouration on the bottom. The restaurant service was not great and the food itself was only average.

Missed Breakfast in this hotel where as it part of room every where we stayed in USA and Canada.
