Nice large room, clean, good breakfast, very friendly and helpful front desk. Was fun to watch the train go by while we were having breakfast.

Pool was small and felt creepy being in a basement without windows. The way the acoustics of the room would echo when the kids were splashing and yelling (as kids do) was so uncomfortable and extremely loud that I could not hold a conversation with the person sitting next to me. My Apple Watch even said I was in a harmfully loud environment. We ended up all leaving with headaches. Really need something that absorbs the sound. One of the biggest reasons we picked this hotel was for the pool. Big disappointment in that regard.

The room was very spacious, the mattress very comfortable and the kitchenette very helpful as we traveled as a family. The hotel is located within 10 minutes walking from the next cta station which was very convenient to get to downtown Chicago. Also the hotel offered a heated pool which was great to end the day. To start the day right the hotel offered a great variety of breakfast options. We enjoyed our stay a lot and would recommend it, too.

Some facilities were outdated or needed a little upgrade. But for the price there was nothing negative to say.

The shuttle service from the airport was easy to find. The driver was helpful and polite. The staff in the hotel were friendly, welcoming and helpful. The room was clean, tidy and spacious. Breakfast was lovely, a great variety and serving times meant we were able to eat really early before we set off on the shuttle back yo the airport. Again the free shuttle service to the airport was amazing, we were dropped outside our airlines doors as we were asked on entering who we were flying with. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

The staff were exceptional, and they went the extra mile to help. For example, they did not rush us despite the queue getting bigger. Their bus shuttle service was truly first class, and we can only praise the staff at this hotel.

We discovered that in the USA, there is so much waste. This hotel was no different because the use of plastic cutlery, paper plates and cups filled many rubbish bags which could have been avoided with a few hard hours of work in the kitchen. I am not an environmentalist, but this kind of needless waste stunned both of us.

Good breakfast! The option to gym and swim. You also get a microwave and fridge with mini kitchen in your room. Staff are super duper friendly too, even gave us cereal bars and fruit when we got the free airport transfer early early morning.

It’s great for getting to the airport. But can be a bit out the way for the main city centre. But that’s what you pay for. It’s in a nice area and has a nice Italian and hooters close by. Love the strawberry lemonade in hooters.

It was close to the airport, shuttle service was prompt, price was reasonable, room/bed was comfortable. The person at the desk when we checked in was very friendly and so helpful, exceeding my expectations, especially since we were checking in late. I wish I would remember her name, but I hope you know that she was one of the best I've encountered (checked in around 11:30pm on Monday 4/7/25). Also, the breakfast was the best "included" breakfast I've ever had at a hotel. There was a large selection of items and all was very good and fresh.

We went as a family and really enjoyed the hotel. The service was excellent. From the moment we arrived until we left, the staff were wonderful. I would like to especially thank Michelle, who was very polite, helpful and cheerful, and Zulma, who welcomed us on the first day before our check-in time and was very helpful. She checked us in early so that my children could be accommodated right away. They were wonderful. The breakfast was very good and the staff worked tirelessly to restock everything. The breakfast included hamburgers, eggs, cheese, toast, yogurt, milk, freshly made pancakes, juice, coffee, tea and cake. I thought the breakfast was good. The shuttle service runs every 30 minutes and the drivers are excellent. They dropped us off at the train station every day. The train is 30 minutes from downtown Chicago (Washington Station). The hotel is located on a street with a Marianos supermarket where they have hot food for those who want real food ready, but they also have many varieties of ready meals. On the same street as the hotel there are also 2 pizzerias, 1 Hooters, 1 Dunkin', 1 Seven-Eleven, all within 10 minutes walking distance of the hotel if you don't have a car (which was our case). The pool is heated and clean. The kids loved it. Inside the room everything was clean and there was a mini kitchen without a stove. But there was a minibar, coffee maker, microwave and a sink. The bathroom had shampoo, conditioner and body wash of great quality. The bed was very comfortable to sleep in. It was a very good value for money compared to downtown Chicago. I would definitely go back to this hotel again.

Access to the CTA Blue Line, which I used everyday. The shuttle drivers were kind enough to drop me off if they didn't have a big crowd, but I ended up walking to and from the Cumberland station several times, including at night. The road crossings are protected by crosswalks and lights, but the lot next to the hotel lacks a sidewalk and lighting.

Everything was perfect! This was our honeymoon trip to Chicago and it was the perfect amount of the main city but still very easy to commute in!

The only downside was the distance of a walk to the closest CTA train station (about 15 minutes) but it was mainly the fact that I forget I'm asthmatic when I research my locations to stay. You can catch a Pace bus to the station during the day and you can ride to O'Hare and catch the airport shuttle back to the hotel every 30 minutes if you don't want to walk in the dark in the evening.

Spacious, quiet and comfortable room, and I loved the opportunity to watch the steady stream of planes coming in to land at O'Hare from my north-facing window. The reception staff was friendly and helpful, and the free breakfast was welcome. There's also a supermarket near Cumberland CTA station and an Outback Steakhouse attached to the hotel, which made dinner easy!

Other than the attached restaurant, there's not much nearby of interest. Cumberland station is a 10- to 15-minute walk along a busy road, but not with heavy luggage as there are a lot of stairs. The hotel also is rather unappealing from the outside, though inside is fine.
