Great and spacious rooms, great beds and the lobby was nice too. The hotel was overall clean and the rooms were ready for check-in when we arrived. It’s also very close to the airport and the shuttle service is super helpful! The shuttle drivers are amazing and super kind!

The location isn’t great. It’s a 2-min walk from the subway station but the trip downtown is way too long. It almost takes an hour to get there. So if you’re going for tourism; this isn’t a great place to stay. Unfortunately, there’s nothing in the area either, it’s just hotels and businesses. The staff at the reception weren’t particularly polite or attentive. There were always long lines of people waiting to check-in or out or ask questions and the staff seemed more preoccupied with organising various documents and talking on the phone than helping customers waiting.

Rooms were spacious and comfortable. It's fairly quiet given the highway and airport are pretty close. Everything was clean, which is a most important first step. Can't say enough about the staff. From check in to restaurant folks were accommodating and helpful. There aren't many dining choices close by, but the restaurant inside was pretty good. Breakfast buffet was good. Coffee how we like it, robust! The club sandwich with avocado was very good. Handcut fries were awesome. Nice pool area. The family commented that the water temperature was very comfortable. This hotel is a short walk to the Cumberland stop on the blue line. Might be a challenge in winter on the sidewalks, but mid October it was very easy. You are just a few stops to the airport and it's a relief to avoid Chicago traffic into downtown.

Could use an additional wash cloth in the room, but the staff will bring more if you ask. Parking was extra charge per day.

The room was clean and comfortable. I stayed there for work, and the WiFi was great and consistent. Being able to work in the room after leaving the office was key. Also, the staff's helpfulness when I needed something from the pantry at 4am was really great.

The bed in the back room almost completely filled the room. It was a little difficult navigating around it. The heat was also somewhat inconsistent - sometimes it would get too hot, I'd turn it down, then it would be too cold.

Good choice if you have late arrival flight. They have free shuttle bus, it is outside 5e if you arrival at T5. The room is clean and comfortable. Breakfast is not included. We ask front desk staff to call a taxi to city for us, the taxi has flat tire accident on the way to pick up, hotel call another one and pay the fee for us. It was very nice of them. We would recommend to others.

Room is spacious and bed is comfortable.

The salmon that both my wife and I ordered for supper was not great. It was on the dry side. It was nowhere near as good as the last time we ate here about a year ago. Drinks were also a bit overpriced. We were still hungry after spending $109 on our meal including tip. The breakfast, on the other hand, was very good.

It’s a beautiful property and the front desk is amazing! It’s in a convenient location! The room was beautiful and spacious ! The bed was comfortable!

The main reason I booked this property is because of location and the fact it was listed as soundproof as I hate hearing other guests when I stay at hotels! It indeed was not soundproof as I could hear the room above mines conversation and flushing of the toilet all night ! I usually do not sleep with the tv on but I had to do so in order to try and block out the sound! Also, the parking is expensive and as much as we pay for the rooms already it should either be complimentary or $10-15 cheaper!

The guys at the front desk were amazing! Lady at the bar was super sweet and the lady serving at the restaurant for dinner excellent service!!

Cleaning the room should be everyday, spa locker room had a bench covering the lockers.

Parking- the fee of $35 per day seemed a bit high for the location. It was not in the city and they have a parking garage attached to the hotel, but they still charge for parking. I have been to other Renaissance branded properties and the parking was always included (Cleveland/Pittsburgh)

The front desk staff Prince was was exceptional! I had come in from a horrible situation with another hotel after a funeral and he went above and beyond to without even knowing the stress I was under. I am grateful for him.
