Staff is SO helpful and nice. Always making me feel welcome. The room is spacious and so clean! Plenty of outlets and various levels of lighting available. Streaming options on the TV are a wonderful option. The breakfast is top notch and the food in general is very good. Plenty of comfortable places to sit if you need computer time or waiting on a rideshare. The shuttle is fantastic as they are available very early to very late for arriving and departing patrons.

I couldn't find anything to take and put ice into, so that was one drawback. The other is that they sell small microwavable items downstairs (great for late arrivals or returns from an event!) but no microwave available to heat/cook the items. Unless it's down stairs and I'm not aware. Small things, for sure, and they will NOT deter me from staying again.

Excellent spacious two room suite with tasteful furniture, furnishings and comfortable bed Bedroom window at higher floor offering good view of the airport. Nice bathroom Good housekeeping. Free airport shuttle. Good tea/ coffee maker.

Location of the wardrobe makes it uncomfortable to operate. Besides small size. Noise from the restaurant below on ground floor travels up the well into the drawing room of the suite. Absence of complimentary Assam/ English Brkfast tea bags.

My room was very comfortable and clean. The hotel itself was clean, and we had great food in the restaurant, so much so that we planned to have dinner the second night in the hotel restaurant. It was super-easy to get around Chicago, because the shuttle would drop us at O'Hare where we could catch the Blue Line into the city. The hotel is very close to the hotel so no worries about getting back to O'Hare for the flight home.

The breakfast choices were not the best. We chose to order a la carte but ended up waiting for a while for our order and when we inquired about it, the waitress said that it still was being prepared. A few minutes later, I saw the same waitress filling plates from the buffet table which she served to us. If we had known that she was going to do that, we should have just gone for the buffet and saved ourselves some money!

The breakfast which ended up to be taken from the buffet table tasted overcooked because they have been sitting in their warming trays/stove for awhile. That was why we ordered a la carte to begin with but still ended up with items from the buffet table. The dinner menu needs a major revamping. We ordered a salmon dish with a sauce that was tasteless and which tasted like it came from a bottle. Side dish of veggies - you can tell were frozen veggies warmed up in a microwave.

Overall a great hotel for staying close to the airport. I have stayed multiple times and have recommended to friends and family when traveling in or out of O'hare.

Unfortunately the staffing at the in-house Starbucks café in the morning was atrocious. I wouldn't normally complain, but it was morning and it took over 20min just to get a brewed coffee. Additionally, the elevators we not operational which was the second time I have stayed here where they experienced elevator issues.

The room was spacious and quiet. The free shuttle service was excellent. One driver in particular was helpful in giving me information about cta route to my dedtination downtiwn.

The staff were not welcoming on arrival and unfriendly on checkout. I had specified at checkin that that I wanted to pay with cash or another credit card than the one used to hold the security deposit. I was told on checkout that they had already deduxted the charges from my card. If I did not insist, Eri would have taken the easy way out rather than reverse the chsrges.

24 hour Starbucks, friendly staff, Flight restaurant onsite, live music onsite in the evening, liked the outer room being separate from the bedroom. We caught the free airport shuttle easily in the morning-very convenient.

The ceiling was peeling/had fallen above the shower in like a 6-inch gash, which I’ve never seen at a Sheraton Suites before. Noise from the road woke me up-so bring your earplugs. Maybe request a higher floor? Music was loud and could be heard in the first tv/living room with the door closed on the second floor, where we were.

Bar staff was excellent 👌🏿

The king size bed and bedding was excellent. The restroom was very contemporary style

The furniture appeared to be pretty old. I have never seen a toilet so low to the ground. It looks like the height that belongs in a grade school. Also the toilet paper was a joke. I've seen better toilet paper in a outhouse. Come on single ply. Don't realize that your guests will end up using three more paper. Thus there is no savings on your end. I mean you have nice towels and bedding. Then go super cheap on the toilet paper. Just think about how that comes across.

We have stayed twice both times related to flights in and out of O'Hare. The location is convenient, hotel is clean and pleasant, beds comfortable.

Front desk staff was not as friendly as our first stay. I was told when I checked in that the parking would cost $5 since I was a Bonvoy member. I had not expected a charge for parking but agreed. The next morning I was charged $35 and was told by a front dest manager with a rude tone that I must have misunderstood. when I questioned again she agreed to take it down to $25. It was obvious from her tone and lack of eye contact and frown on her face that I was being a pain in her side.
