The drain plug in our jacuzzi wouldn’t stay in all the way so the water slowly drained out. It stayed long enough for us to enjoy it, but had we sat there longer it would have emptied out. Also, you’re not told when booking you need a $100 CASH deposit & have to wait for them to physically go check the room before you’re refunded at checkout. You’ll get a call after you book.

The Jacuzzi was perfect. Quiet area.

You have to put a $100.00 cash deposit for damage to the room. Was worried I won't get it back. There were no issues, and I did get it back. I would have preferred to have it on my credit card.

Tbh the only thing that was uncomfortable was the bed. I understand that hotels dont wanna pay for top notch quality mattresses but those mattresses are out of date VERY uncomfortable

I really liked the room. It was very cozy, good lightning. And the hot tub had its own purple lighting as well which enhanced the experience.

The tv only came with cable television. I would have enjoyed connecting to a streaming service.

I thought this was exceptional considering how close it was to downtown Chicago. Parking was secure and private. It was great considering the price. The staff were friendly.

No complaints considering the price. I've seen way worse in bigger cities.

I liked that the room was clean and cozy..The jacuzzi tub was also clean and ready to go.

The light in the bathroom didn't work but because everything else was on point we didn't focus on that.

It had pretty holiday decorations for Valentine's Day. Very clean. I could adjust temperature of room. Very satisfied. Highly recommend.

The older Latina lady that checked me in had a nasty attitude and had No knowledge to what she was doing. She had to call her boss to straightened out her mistakes.
