The hotel was located near the highway, which was great, but it was also loud at night (no fault of the hotel). The room was spacious, and I loved the big closet space for shoes and clothes. Breakfast was nice. It was great seeing the menu the day before to know what was being offered in the morning.

The elevator was slow. It was a three story building, and it felt like the hotel had 20 floors. The night before checking out, my room key stopped working, and I couldn't get into my hotel room. Both keys didn't work, and I had to go get it fixed at the reception. Even after getting it fixed, it worked once and then stopped again. It was quite troublesome but it was the last night there, so I didn't mind it too much.

It's located in a perfect central location, so it's nice to stay in a clean friendly hotel and know you're coming back to a clean safe base for travel. It's also nice to be greeted and sent off with a friendly employee

We found in August during our first stay that the keys were constantly not working. I was surprised that I had the same problem this time. The manager on duty during check out in August assured us that it was a problem that corporate knew about and was going to correct. Obviously not.

The staff were wonderful! The room was clean, everything looked nice and was easy to navigate.

The walls were paper thin, we could hear someone else’s alarm clock going off all the time and we could even hear the phone ring downstairs from the second floor, noise was a little bit of an issue and the air conditioner was super squeaky but other than that it was good.

Very tasty, the breakfast selections were tasty and the area was clean and the food was hot.

The room should have had a sofa to sit on, the chair was leather and cold. Body soap was not offered, they had the little soap bar. The hotel should have provided towels and tissue for the weekend stay. The workers didn’t knock on your door to ask if we wanted our room cleaned, or garbage taken out.”

Breakfast offered many options and two staff members checked often for refills and cleanliness. The room was bigger than I anticipated. The mattress was a little hard for my taste, but the pillows were plentiful and fluffy and the sheets were soft. I slept well.

A bigger Best Western Sign would make hotel easier to see from the road.

Location of the street where there are no side walks especially when right opposite is the Finley Square Shopping Center. The authorities could request the town planning to have cross walks across the roads

Everything. While this was not my first time staying here, I booked this room last minute because my room prior to this one was absolutely awful. I was booked at another hotel 22 minutes away and when I saw Best Western has a room available, I immediately booked and was not disappointed.

The room was fine, sizewise. The bed and pillow are comfortable. The Ac was great.

The WC is too low. The garbage can in the reception area next to the coffee station needs to be emptied more often. It's not a pretty sight when it's full, a complete turn off.

Lupe who was doing breakfast was great. Patricia at the front desk was also great. Room was nice and clean. Cheese omelets. Yogurt machine. Good coffee. Location.

Clean, affordable, friendly pet and child friendly hotel with a delicious full breakfast! Just a heads up: $150 deposit for pets + $25 a night a fee.

Nothing! It would have been nice to have a grass area dedicated to doggy business, but that was not expected.
