The room was pleasant and spacious, bed comfy and the staff kind. The Starbucks was convenient. I would have liked to try the bar/restaurant but we didn't have time.

The pool area left a little to be desired and the elevator by the pool was weird and we had to walk back to the front lobby. Was a little confused by a few things (like was that breakfast for all or only the private event? It was out in the open, but I couldn't find out and the comment by staff didn't clear it up)but they ultimately didn't mess with the stay.

This property was very cozy and comfortable,the location was great.

I had to switch rooms because unfortunately house keeping didn’t make sure the room was cleaned. As we prepared for bed I opened the let out bed for my son and omg it was filthy as hell, it looked to be food, pet hair and poop inside of there( it may not been poop but it was brown stains like it was) I contacted the front desk and the staff was just so nonchalant and didn’t show any concern. We were switched to another room and complimentary breakfast that was horrible. I’m definitely never staying here again.

Excellent the children really enjoyed the breakfast and wanted to stay extra days.

Telephone wasn't working for room service or any other service we reported that. Constantly had to leave room to request more towel. Also gave a 24 hour for the room to be cleared both to front desks and housekeeping supervisor on the third day the rooms finally got cleaned. Toilet was malfunction in one of the room. Maintenance came in and solve the problem right away but the bathroom needs be clean and Housekeeping supervisor told the maintenance to clean the bathroom. Keep in mind the room wasn't clean for couples of days. The Children went swimming during swimming lessons given and were told to stay in a designated area. Other than that we as a family outing enjoyed the stay.

Our front desk interaction was great. He was so nice and helpful.

The rooms are old, and parts of the room are falling apart. The shower was leaking ( you can hear the faucet leak all night) , and pipes in the walls were loud. You can hear the people next to you using the toilet. Kids running around at 3 a.m. knocking on our doors and running off. Where is security? We paid $224.00 for this.

The hotel was nice. It was clean. The staff was friendly. There was a Starbucks and a bar/restaurant in the hotel. Would stay there again if I was in the area.

We were on the 7th floor which for some reason required key card accesses in the elevator. Multiple times that did not work. This lead to us just riding in the elevator to try and get back to the lobby. We went to the desk at least 3 times only to keep having the issue happen again. Our key cards were working for the room and even when using the gym. However, the elevator was an issue. We even tried the stairs once, but the 7th floor doors were also locked. This was very frustrating after attending a concert in the city doing a lot of walking, driving back to the hotel being stuck in traffic. We got back late and it look over 15min just to get to our floor somehow.

Everything was exceptional. Especially enjoyed the suite layout of the room. We didn't realize until we checked in and got to our room, that we had to change it to accommodate my elderly father with an accessible room (larger bathroom with safety bars). The staff was exceptional in getting us situated with the room change. The room was excellent and met all of our needs. We were also able to extend our check-out time which was extremely helpful because we were timing a home closing with the start of a long distance drive to our new relocation destination.

I didn't like how the shower worked, it took me a little bit to figure out how it worked,as i had to turn the knob the right way and the water pressure was kinda hard

Did not eat breakfast on site. Location was great. I was only several minutes away from my event

Everything was good except for the shower needed a wall handle to step out of it, Someone with ad balance could slip and fall

Did not have hot water two mornings in a row. Took several hours to heat up, so had to wait to take a shower.

Love the connecting rooms, location, free parking and rooms were a nice size. I live in DG family came in from Colorado enjoyed the hotel.

We did not like the swim lessons taking place when we used the pool space was limited for swimming. It would be nice if a free breakfast and cocktail hour was offered similar to Embassy Suites.
