I liked the fact that the hotel was clean, the pool was nice, and parking wasn't too bad.

There were 2 customers ahead of me when I checked in. The first person/couple were asked if they preferred a certain floor, and then the second guy received directions to the best elevator to use to get to his room. I proceeded to check in, and I was asked if I would be requiring housekeeping. There was an elevator directly across from my room, this would have been nice to know. The ice machine next to my room was out of order the entire time. The furniture was outdated and stained. The bathroom was extremely small, nothing like the one advertised when I booked the room.

Clean and comfortable room.

One of the reasons I chose this hotel was for the fitness center. I workout everyday even when traveling. One of the treadmills kept stopping and the bike was so loud and squeaky it was ear piercing. Also the remote in our room didn’t work.

The location of my room being directly on the first floor right next to the workout facility and right around the corner from the pool great location.

I would have to say the fact that if we have our window blinds open it stairs directly into the pool area and partially of the workout room.

The place was clean, quiet and welcomed my old dog and made us feel like we didn't have medical issues. No hassle, no critical looks, just a smiling welcome.

Comfy. Great location. Great staff. Did not smell like a pet friendly hotel. Exceptional! This will be our stay whenever we are in Chicago. Thank you.

LOVED that it is a non- smoking facility. It was conveniently located to places wee needed to go. Very clean and quiet

Only complaint was size of bathroom. A little compact.

It was a great day in a comfortable room, and the front desk was helpful in my need to make a copy of a document!

We loved that the gym was right across from our room and our morning breakfast was just around the corner inside the hotel.

We just didn't have enough time to spare a few more days enjoying our room on the account we where there for my aunt's funeral that day.

It’s very clean & organized. Very nice swimming pool. Very close to convenience stores/Restaurants/gas stations.

Greet location for what we needed. Room is a bit “tired” and the bathroom is very small. Staff was very nice
