Front desk people were very nice. Room was clean. Breakfast was good, and had vegan friendly options.

The shuttle service was not good. My daughter waited 45 mins for the shuttle at the airport and it only came after she called the hotel. We were told it came every 30 mins. It is only a 10-15 min drive from the airport. Also, the directions on where to catch the shuttle were not accurate. They should say “terminal 2, curbside position 2C.” When we took the shuttle the next morning to pick up a car at the airport, the driver was dangerous! He ran a stop sign, and cut two cars off . He seemed to have no regard for other drivers on the road but fortunately the other drivers were paying attention (also honking and shaking their fists!). The date of this exciting drive was on the morning of Sat August 23.

The gentleman that checked us in was superb. He was very pleasant well spoken and polite, he asked the right questions to quickly get the process done and was concise with his information. The next day different people were manning the desk and they were good as well meeting our needs. Breakfast area staff was excellent, again very polite. Coffee and eggs were good

Tiny Pool, looks bigger in photo. Room was kinda small considering we had 4 adults it was tight. To few beers on tap, only two. Sausage was below average

A newer friend facility that has been maintained by the plant ops and EVS teams. The key / differentiating factor that is parlayed into a strategic and competitive advantage among similarly priced hotels is the leadership teams dedicated focus upon sustaining excellent customer service. The onboarding and training programs must be exceptional, but credit is due to the mgmt. & Leadership teams who walk their talk and reinforce this value.

The in-room coffee service - but that's a personal preference and being picky.

We ended up needing to change to a bigger room and the staff was wonderful and helpful through the process. The bartender was friendly and provided great service. The rooms were well updated and clean. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, even for a picky kid.

The website did not state the King suite had a pull out full couch or we would have booked that to begin with instead of the double queen beds. The parking lot was full so finding parking was rather difficult.

My room and bathroom were super clean, a very high standard of cleanliness. The downstairs bar is nice and the staff down there and at the front desk were professional and communicated clearly. The airport shuttle is convenient and the driver was nice.

It's an airport hotel – you wouldn't go there for the neighborhood. It's really close to the airport though. To get to town, I took the airport shuttle back to the airport and got on the train.

We were on our way out of the country, so it was just a quick overnight stay so we were near airport. Shuttle service was running a little late, but we made it to the airport in plenty of time. about a 10 min ride. Room was clean and nice. Bathroom good size and coffee available to make in room. We were hungry after arriving in evening, bartender took our order and made us hot food. we enjoyed it. We would stay here again.

The breakfast was very good. The attentiveness of the staff was very good. I would like it if the pool was bigger and if there was a bench to sit on out front while waiting for the hotel shuttle. The rooms were great! I liked the window shade that let light through. The glass shower walls were very romantic and fun. The other guests were nice to be around.

The pool was smaller than I hoped. I would have liked for there to be a bench in front of the hotel to wait for the hotel shuttle. I did not like the large sugar crystals in the waffles.

Cleanliness & friendly staff

You need to expand your breakfast choices. For example, coffee. At least on weekends provide more than one container of fresh coffee so people don’t have to wait. Add bacon to the menu, at least on weekends. Provide low carb items. Provide green peppers, tomatoes, tortillas so people can make a breakfast sandwich. Have some fried potatoes, biscuits & gravy, at least on weekends. The waffles are nice & big, but they have some kind of sugar balls in the mix. I’m sure some kids are on a sugar high. Add pancakes

They Red headed lady was very rude and pushy. Not only to us but even our daughter-in-law in another spot. We let that go and just thought she was maybe very busy or overworked. Then later, when I mentioned to her there was no oatmeal left she made up an excuse why and why she didn't want to bother to replenish it. Very unprofessional for such a nice property. Maybe she should work at a lower end establishment! We Love Fairfield Inn's and always appreciate the efforts they make for cleanliness, comfort and great service!

It was very nice, great location to the airport.

Rooms are good, clean and comfy. Is very close to shops.

The instructions they give you for the shuttle are useless. I recommend texting them prior your flight with your terminal of arrival and asking dor details. They weren’t clear about it so I had a LOT of trouble going to the center door. And I didn’t have to, because they can pick up from terminal 5. After 1 hours waiting I managed to call and they said that usually the guest call them to arrange the pick up. None of this was mentioned on the instructions. But after that, the service was great and the driver was lovely. The toilet of my room got blocked twice until they moved me to other room.
