It was my second stay in this hotel, so I already knew what to expect. I just love the hotel decor - the combination of concrete, plans and the modern accents make it look very upscale. Me and my husband liked the very spacious room, heater was quiet and very efficient and also it was super clean. We had a very friendly server in the Restaurant.

Our room was far this time, a lot of walking to the garage. Next time I will request one closer. Also - it is absolutely not the hotel’s fault, but there was a ton of people in the hotel - no idea if it was a group or something, but they were pretty loud after 10 pm and I struggled to sleep. I forgot that it’s a huge hotel and this can happen. Maybe it’s because we stayed on a Saturday night as well.

Great front desk and restaurant staff; the location is simply perfect for short business stay given the proximity to the airport and the Blue Line train stop within a 5-minute walk, especially for visiting Chicago quickly. Shuttle service from the airport is fast and quick (a bliss after a long flight). Good variety and quality for breakfast. My room was in the good range; despite the proximity of the airport the noise was not noticeable.

The only somewhat discordant note concerns the complementary water at 4€ for guests, not exactly the height of hospitality. Otherwise everything else is okay.

I liked the cleanliness as well as the space in the room. We had enough room and felt comfortable in the premier double bed room with 3 people. I also loved the proximity to the convention center. The staff was very nice as well! The restaurants were really good too!

I would say that some of the pricing was a bit high but that is to be expected with Chicago and for the event we went for. I do wish the mini-fridges weren't just for drinks and were cold enough for food.

I stayed here for the marathon I found it to be close enough to the city but also far enough away from the madness of a big city.Metro is quick walk away. Hotel is clean and well maintained from toilets to bedrooms. The shuttle service is very handy for coming and going. The park walk beside hotel is also great. I would definitely recommend staying here.

I thought the buffet breakfast was a bit steep in price,€25 and you might only eat and drink 5 or 6 dollars worth of food and drink. The lobby area could do with a few comfy couchs to have your coffee at,tables and chairs are fine,but it's nice to chill out on a soft sofa chair.

Everything was super. I think all things were fairly priced too. I met somebody at the hotel whom I loaned a sales manual too. Unfortunately, I overslept and in the morning I had to rush to the airport. I have no way of contacting this person. I realize that the hotel has a policy of not releasing data, but could the hotel please give my contact information to this person so that they can contact me? Unfortunately, I lack a name, only that she was a guest on Friday and that she was from New Zealand, a British citizen. I know it's a long shot, but maybe I can retrieve my manual. The hotel itself is very beautiful and in a great location for the convention center. We forgot our box fan at home and the hotel lent us one! They were also very quick in responding to requests. When we first checked in we were in a room next to a room with screaming kids, but the hotel staff let us move rooms with no issue! Big thanks to Karem who helped us move! They are strict on their noise policy which is great for me!

When we initially checked in they would not let us use a cart to unload our luggage, but when we moved rooms they did. Also the clerk who originally checked us in told us there were no elevators in the hotel, but there were. Finally, not sure if this is the fault of the hotel or convention center, but the walkway to the convention center was not air conditioned. It almost felt like they had the heat running. On the convention center side it was cooler, but near the hotel it was unbearable.

classic john portmann designed hyatt has not lost its glamour, however some of the newly renovated rooms are just bland and characterless.

was "upgraded" from a king bed to a two bedroom in the "premier tower", needless to say this was not an upgrade nor premier. I understand that sometimes a room type may not be available, but would prefer a reduced price over euphemisms.

The minute you walk in you feel like luxury. Taking an escalator that passes a modern starbucks lounge area, you are taken aback by the beautiful wooden sculpture that extends throughout the hotel. Once Up in the Lobby Level, you are greeted by professional and knowledgeable staff that not only help you with your room but any other questions about shuttles, places to eat and more. My room was in prestige condition, and it was very quite and private. The airport shuttle runs 24hrs unlike competing hotels, and there is a handy website at track my shuttle.c where you can find the latest ETAS and pick up locations. The red bar is parallel to the front desk and it featured a variety of drinks and a must try burger! The front desk staff was ready at 3 am for check out and it was a very quick and helpful process. The airport shuttle leaves you in various locations for your departure. Best Last minute deal on a hotel and I felt safe in the area where we stayed. 100/1 0 will be coming back to this comfy luxurious stay in Rosemont,IL.

We stayed overnight at the hotel because we had an early flight the next day with a toddler. Prom was being held there so it was very busy and noisy. It was filled with teenagers and we were worried that they would keep our family awake. They were able to accommodate giving us a quiet room away from all of the events and we were actually able to get some sleep before our early plane ride the next day.

Directions on how to get the hotel were confusing on the website and using google maps. However, the staff was able to get the person driving us there back on the correct route after dropping us off.

I liked the convenience of having places to grab food onsite. The shuttle to the airport was also an excellent convenience. Nice clean room, comfortable sofa and bed. I liked having the nice large television in my room with the chromecast option. The breakfast buffet was really good! The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Not much. I wished the pillows were a little bit more comfortable. They went flat when laying on them.
