The excellent location which was close to the airport, a major outlet mall, and to my relatives. Although there wasn't a full restaurant, there was a small area with tables adjacent to the bar with a limited menu that served food and drinks in the evening. The staff was very friendly.

The gated entry system was very hard to use. Although the hotel was generally accessible, there were some specific things that could have been improved (e.g., door assists on washrooms and the doors to the accessible rooms) to make things easier for those with disabilities.

Ordered wings from bar downstairs and was disappointed in the fact that specifically Ordered wings with sauce on side and when I received them they were drowning in sauce and couldn't get the order fixed because kitchen had closed!! Really!!?? I just my order 😌! Could have made it right by correcting mistake!! SMH 🤔🫣

Beautiful rooms and location. Very clean and worth the money I paid for it. The front desk attendant, Madona, was very accommodating for my needs and requests. She did a wonderful job with helping to make out stay an enjoyable one.

Parking situation. I wasn’t sure about the coat or payment of it. A sign at the front desk said overnight parking was $37 which seemed like A LOT of money to pay for parking. I’m not sure if it was charged to me or not, since I haven’t gotten a statement yet

Really liked how clean the room was, and how quickly the housekeeping staff worked and how accommodating the staff were. Even though the hotel is on an approach vector for the airport unless you had a window open the planes sounded just like a strong gust of wind. Also, the fact that there was almost always an elevator on the ground floor and if it wasn't, it was a very short wait for one.

A free shuttle to the convention center and back every so often would have been nice. The wind at night would cut you in two sometimes. High prices at the bar.

Just really enjoyed the whole experience!! Only problem I had was that front desk attendant told us breakfast was complimentary and when I went downstairs to eat I was told it was $25 to be paid or charged to room 🤔

It was a beautiful room and plenty of space. Very comfortable and clean. Would recommend 100%.

Loved everything except for waking up at 5-6am to dozens of police and EMT on every floor, giving us no information or explanation about the situation.

The property was easy to get to from the airport, check in was fast and staff was courteous. My room was clean, smelled fresh, furniture was comfortable, bed was plush!!!! The shower and bathroom was a great size. I loved my room altogether

the room set up, the cleanliness, the bed size and comfort, the desk chair was very comfortable, the microwave in the room, being able to get hot water/coffee/tee

we have been here av few times rooms are great with the separate seating area and sleeping area. Always nice and clean.

Staff is somewhat friendly but very helpful, bar team are great.

The room was large with a large comfortable king size double. There was a bath and a separate shower. Great location to Rosemont and the blue line to downtown

There was no kettle, only a coffee machine. No spoons
