Location was perfect! I'm glad I read the fine print to include Breakfast with our stay. Its one of the best we've had at any hotel, however it wouldn't be worth 15 a person if I hadn't included it for a dramatically less price. The beds were comfy and the room was spacious.

The carts to help bring your luggage to and from the car needs improvement. With little ones, we use the cart often so we're not making multiple trips back and forth. However, twice we had our stuff fall over when trying to get in/out of the elevator. I'm great at tetris, but that wasn't helping with these carts.

Convenient location near to Allstate Arena where we came to attend a concert. Mariano’s groceries and Fashion outlet also within convenient driving distance. Spacious room equipped with microwave and fridge and coffee maker , easy for making simple meals. Hotel has its own bar and restaurant with late evening meals too.

We did not seem to be welcomed in visiting the bar at the hotel after we returned from our late evening night out at a concert. Perhaps it’s near closing hours of the bar (midnight) as we visited the hotel bar around 11:30pm. Anyways, eventually we were efficiently served with our drinks and we managed to chill out a bit quickly before it closed.

Rooms are small but clean and good. Everything was functioning except some water pooling in the tub. Room service was daily and did a clean job. Breakfast is included very good and plentiful. Ample free parking space. Staff is helpful and nice. Price was good, location perfect. Quick availability of Lyft/Uber services. Great hotel for either ORD airport or for downtown destinations.

Outside of window glasses are dirty and need cleaned. Tub is clean but water pooling sometimes.

We had a clean and cozy room, a good size, and a comfortable bed. It wasn't really quiet, but there was a beautiful view of the sunset. Aircraft noise didn't bother us. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The location is convenient - just two train stops from the airport. But it was tricky to walk to the hotel from a train station. The hotel's site says: "This hotel is a 4-minute walk away from the Blue Line Metra Train Station." But how to walk, which direction, it wasn't clear. And it wasn't easy to go with bags. They could at least print out a route and add it to the description. Not everyone comes by car.

Our stay was super comfortable. Great location, with blue line just 5/7 min away. Very helpful to have shuttle bus included.

Shuttle bus does not come to the international terminal unless you call in advance. The trouble is quite often international travellers don’t have working phone line and you can’t message/call using Internet (via WhatsApp for example). We wasted nearly two hours waiting for the shuttle because no one responded to our messages. If we knew this earlier we would have just used the train.

I booked this hotel after arriving on a late flight and before leaving on a bus the next morning. I was looking for a place with a shuttle to/from the airport, and a comfortable bed. That's what I got. There was nothing extraordinary about the hotel, but it did exactly what I needed. I felt safe and slept well. The hotel shuttle was on-time in the morning and picked me up quickly after I arrived at the airport the evening before.

Check in was easy and front desk staff was personable/friendly. I didn't need much in ways of service, and found my room very pleasant and clean. The decor was stylish and contemporary. Nice job.

Everything was great. No complaints here One thing that isn't hotel related, however. I called as I was leaving for my drive to Chicago just to confirm my room. I was asked if I wanted to become a member and when the promotion agent came on, I was offered a trip but needed a deposit right then. I was in the midst of rush hour traffic and couldn't provide CC info right then. I was interested and asked if we could discuss later or could be sent info, but she said it had to be done at that moment. That was not respectful of the situation and so I couldn't take advantage of the promotion. The promotion should have a window of opportunity and not be so rigid.

The room was nice with a nice view

When I got there the first room they gave me 310 the tv was not working. The maintenance guy shows up reeking of odor and tells me his assistance was suppose to fix it last week. So we got another room to 606. Then a day later we didn't realize we left 3 items in the closet of 310. Housekeeping never made them aware the items where left and it was a major ordeal getting our items and we missed our dinner reservations. The manager there is not very professional at all. He was also lacking on grooming.

Large king bed, very comfy. Nice views over city. Close to Blue line stop. Friendly helpful courteous staff (even at a check-in at 2 a.m.). Free breakfast (yay!)

Windows don't open ,so couldn't get fresh air. No milk provided in room (only 'creamer'). No instructions on how to use coffee machine to boil water for tea. No toaster/microwave in room, but obviated by free buffet breakfast (yay!). Breakfast bar had no tea.

Cleanliness, price and shuttle to the airport. Also a big plus having Bar Louie at the hotel for a convenient dinner option.

Hair dryer didn’t work. In too much of a rush to catch the shuttle to request a new one from the front desk - though I’m sure had I had the opportunity to request a working one, they would have quickly provided one.
