The courteous staff members. The front desk staff were exceptional.

I had a last minute change in my travel plans and needed a hotel near O’Hare that had airport shuttle service. They had a nice mobile texting feature that kept me up to date on when the shuttle would arrive. The shuttle drivers, both coming and going, were great. I must admit, I was a bit concerned when I entered the lobby. It’s a bit dated and has seen better days but once I got to my room, everything was great, comfortable bed, hot water, quiet. It is also nice that there is a restaurant attached to the lobby. There was a decent breakfast in the morning.

It was great to sleep at your hotel for one night between flightsbefore I could get a plane out.It was perfect. I got a suite for 118, great price. Staff was great, the breakfast was exceptional had everything anyone could want.

Unfortunately I must dropped my credit card probably in the lobby. I thought I lost it at the airport. used a second credit card. I put a freeze on my credit card and the next, after I left, my CC company said someone tried to use my lost card at your hotel. Sad to experience the dishonest side human nature first hand. Only thing, when I couldn’t find credit card #1, I tried to pay cash and was refused. Luckily I had a second card. Perhaps they should allow cash payment.

I love that we were able to book last minute with a cancelled flight, and they were able to send a shuttle to come pick us up and drop us off early the next morning. There is also a pizza restaurant attached to the hotel, we did not eat there, but found that to be pretty convenient.

Our bedroom was a little dirty - pile of beer bottle caps behind door. Hairs on both beds under the covers. Bullet holes in window added some character as well. 😉

My flight was canceled out of Ohare. I needed a last-minute reasonably priced hotel that was nearby. I loved it, and it offered a free shuttle. They were fast, staff friendly, and very professional 👏 overall a great experience. I was comfortable. The room was clean. Breakfast was included. This was a good stay. Thank u all

My sink water was slowly going down & the carpet in the room & the hall had stains. All fixable, though.

The breakfast I didn't like. I seem to always have a room way in a corner away from elevators and the vending and ice machines. I didn't know that I had to specify that I was a senior citizen or had a walking distance issue. When I applied the senior or AARP discount, (I forgot which I used), I thought it was known we were seniors. The only discomfort that I had was the walking from the elevators to and from the room.

The buffet was truly enjoyable with a nice variety of flavorful dishes. Our room was spacious and the atmosphere was relaxing and comfortable The beds were incredibly cozy, ensuring we had a peaceful night’s sleep. The front desk staff were friendly, making our check-in and stay feel effortless. To top it off, the hotel’s location near the airport made travel super convenient.

I had a concert at Rosemont Theater and chose this hotel after reading reviews. Best decision ever. They have a free shuttle to and from the airport. They will send you a text and if you reply 'shuttle' to the text, you'll get a link. Tell them where you are and where you want to go and you'll be shown where the driver is, how long he'll take to get to you, etc. We arrived to the hotel EXTREMELY early. But they let us check in for free. (We were at least 3 1/2 hours earlier than our check n time.) We settled in and then walked downstairs and asked for a shuttle to the concert. Free. They dropped us off at the door of the Rosemont Theater and told us to call them when we were ready to be picked up. We took a little longer to get out the next day but there were zero issues with leaving at 12:30. Lots of plugs and plugs for USB items. We like our rooms hot and the heater did not disappoint us! It is not the cleanest hotel. Soap and other items were somewhat sparse. But they totally made up for it via customer service and a desire to please. Also, they have a UNOs restaurant attached to the hotel on the first floor. You can dial an extension from your room to order. You pay the restaurant; it's not charged to your bill. The breakfast buffet was ok. Not the best I've ever had but it filled me up. Lots of room in the restaurant to eat and, as always, you can take the food to your room. Finally, the reviews mention a female driver. She had me cracking up on the way to the concert. Definitely a people person!

Televisions were on the small side. But there were two of them and both of the remotes had been cleaned and wrapped in plastic. Toiletries were also on the small side. Small bottles of shampoo and conditioner and small bars of soap. The sink, at least in my room, was outside the bathroom. So you have to wash your hands after you leave the bathroom unless you wash them in the tub. Sturdy desk to write on and a shockingly comfortable chair. Pull out couch was your typical pull out couch. There if needed but not suggested for a full night's sleep.

Staff was excellent - polite, attentive and informative. Location is excellent for travelling via interstate highways or airport. The room was spacious and clean.

There is an extra charge for parking that I was not aware of until check-in. It may have made a difference in my choice of hotels since I was looking for the least expensive in the area. The facility was a little older and could use updating. Traffic noise was obvious from inside the room but it wasn't too bad.
