The room was nice and comfortable.

The staff at the hotel was very cold. We checked in with Samera, and she didn’t even mention which way was the elevator. She didn’t even mention about the shuttle service. We learnt about it from previous reviews of the hotel. However we were very impressed with the shuttle service. The driver Kory is a great guy and super friendly.

The food at Che Figata was phenomenal and so was the service. The hotel was beautiful and every detail was very well thought out and personalized. To the nice smart TV that includes a greeting with your name and the bathtub with the bath salts. Room service was great as well and food was delicious. The bathroom in the suite had a TV in the mirror. The spa was also really nice and relaxing. The room was clean and organized.

The bed was large, but ultra firm. The bathroom did not have a fan. Pillows were very fluffy. The spa was very expensive and didn't include a hot tub and steam shower in the ladies locker room. There were a few hairs in the bathtub.

Loved the location and the modern rooms. The soaking tub was so relaxing. Good viewing options on the TV. The hotel was close to great dining options.

The sheets could have been softer.

Great staff. Warren was an excellent driver. He took us to our dinner reservations and picked us up afterwards. Greg was also very helpful at the check in counter.

There were loud children screaming and running in the bar area. I feel that was not something that should be allowed. Many of the hotel customers were irritated by the disturbance. We paid quite a bit of money for our drinks at the bar. And it made our experience not so enjoyable or relaxing.

The staff was super friendly and helpful The room was comfy and had all I needed- the TV in the mirror was amazing!

I wished there was an earlier breakfast option as I had to leave for work before breakfast was available and didn't get to enjoy it. I wished they had more options for small bites for room service food, like appetizers.

As always, super beautiful, classy, and smooth, super friendly check in! Everything is clean, the soaking tub is amazing, the beds comfy and room service is always a plus! The downstairs bar is great if you are looking for a quiet little area to have a cocktail!

A pool would be great, but that's not really a dislike

I slept about an hour! Mattress in suite was terrible! I tried sleeping opposite side of bed with no luck! Went to couch and once again I sunk in the middle! Very uncomfortable which is a shame cause hotel is amazing!

it’s is super beautiful, big and spacious. staff was great, bed was comfortable. Che Figata is on location as well, which is an amazing restaurant. The gym is also top notch.
