The bathroom had a walk-in shower, it was quiet, the staff and cleaning crew were great.

Our bathroom sink had a big crack in it, the faucet sprayed 2 different directions, the shower door handle kept falling apart. They need to update the bathroom add a handheld shower wand along with the shower head. The drawers constantly rolled open unless I put cardboard between them. Hallway carpet needed updating it looked old and dingy.

A very typical Holiday Inn. Good staff, excellent room with a bathroom to match, Reasonable price for this type of accomodation. Restaurant was closed so had to walk down the road for food, plenty to choose from.

Check-in was seamless. Had to expand my stay twice & it was taken care of quickly. Room spacious, clean. All staff was courteous and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

The room itself cold be updated. The tub had rust stains in it and the corking around the tub was bad. Just a little cosmetic work.

Was unhappy with the fact that the amount was ran on my card twice and it’s still not been reversed. It took out 314 and change then had me run it again. The actual amount was 267

The bed

The fact that ues, I arrived early and my room wasn't ready so I completely understood that; the part that was very upsetting was the front desk staff said it would be ready in an hour, again I totally get that too because I was early...however, when I cam back 2 hours later and it was then 45 minutes after "acceptable check in time" I was then told it still wasn't ready. After already driving 18+ hours this is not acceptable!!
