One of my pet peeve is I can't stand a dirty run down hotel. This is NOT dirty and NOT run down. Very clean. Staff if very friendly and accommodating.

Our dishwasher didnt work, I could have another set of silverware and dishes but those are minor. I'm struggling to find something bad.

I was able to bring my 2 small dogs and the beds and rooms were very nice and clean and comfortable. Free laundry service. Coffee available 24/7.

Had to be careful where you walked as some people didn’t clean up after their dogs on the dog path.

Coffee in lobby not working.Elevator when I was checking out did not work and had to use stairs carrying my stuff 3 times.

Mostly clean facility, some smells but workers maintain things daily. I traveled with my dog, and one evening before bed I took him outside to pee and noticed ketchup smeared on the stair exit door -- yuck. The next morning when I took the dog out the ketchup mess was already cleaned. The staff members that are more managerial are helpful, knowledgeable, and assisted me as needed. Unfortunately I did not ask their names, but recently two gentleman politely worked with me to make sure my stay is comfortable and easy.

Weird smells in hallways.

I liked that the hotel was off by itself. Not a lot of traffic in and out the hotel.

The only thing I didn’t like about it was the white sheets and bedspread on the bed had stains in them. 🤔🤔

Location and price was good until we left a day earlier and it changed.

Needs a bigger TV and carpet needs cleaning in hallways and thorough cleaning around appliances in kitchenette bit other than those issues it was a pleasant stay

Good location.

Didn’t provide enough bath towels or coffee. I don’t like having to go downstairs to ask for items. Front desk staff are hardly there.

Maybe i would add more information's about how to order sth for breakfast but in general this was not a problem in my case.

Rooms and beds were very nice. Complimentary coffee and laundry was free. Would definitely stay there again. Staff was very nice.
