The property was in a good location right off the expressway. The room was nice and clean.

That they was short staffed there was garbage on are floor the entire night. One of the young ladies was trying to be rude I don’t know if she was the manager or in training but at the end of the day customer service is key for greatness.

The room was clean. The breakfast was great, and the pool area was perfect for my toddler.

The only thing I would suggest is having a height restriction for the little kids pool. My toddler was trying to play in the pool along with other kids that were much bigger, over 5 ft. He wouldn't go down the frog slide because there were so many of them in there.

Beautiful and modern building with a delightful staff. Water when you check-in and a free “On the Go” snack bag for busy departing travelers. Lovely fully stocked breakfast with attentive kitchen staff. Bed and pillows were a dream. I will stay here again if ever in Aurora. This should be one of their training/ or flagship locations. It was perfect.

The breakfast was great. The lifeguard was super nice as well and turned on the water stuff for the kiddie pool section for my two-year-old. The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful, as well. They had candles that they offered to find for me for my daughter's birthday cake, but they couldn't find them. I still appreciated the offer, though. It was great.

I loved the pool when we came it was not busy so we got the pool to ourselves which was really nice my daughter is autistic and she doesn't do well with the crowds it was nice and big it had a hot tub it was really nice

Great location, nice facilities. Large room, comfy bed and great walk in shower. Breakfast was also good.

Were given instructions for wifi login. Turns out it was an open network (which they did not know about) with spotty reception. I assume this was not normal and they will fix. But for me, wifi only worked in vicinity of reception and not kn the room on 4th floor.

The overall experience was great. We, especially, enjoyed the pool area.

As some points to improve, would like to mention the breakfasts. We lacked the variety of healthy food. No veggies have been available also. Also, a lot of plastic is being used during the breakfast :( And one more point is an early check out at 11.00 am. Considering, the check in is made after 4 pm, there is a 5 hour lag.

Great service from staff. Got an extra blanket. Bed was comfortable, used the fridge and it worked well. The shower was awesome.

Breakfast was okay. Hot food was not at all to my liking. Would have liked scrambled eggs, bacon and/or sausage, and hash browns. They had frittata, smoked sausage, and some kind of spiced potatoes. Not impressed with that at all.

Very good breakfast
