There was no breakfast, only coffee. Glad for coffee maker in the room. Room was comfortable and clean.

The check-in process took FOREVER!! There seemed to be a mistake between Booking.com and the hotel. I had reserved 4 rooms, but the desk clerk said that it was 3. We tried to check-in before dinner, but it was taking too long, as we had a meeting afterwards. She was trying her best to do the right thing it seemed. She asked me for the confirmation number on the booking. She was going to investigate while we were at dinner, as her manager had asked her to do. I checked back, but she wasn't ready. Then a couple hours later, when we returned after the meeting, it still took AT LEAST 30 minutes to be assigned rooms. Though I had requested rooms to be close together, it was a mute point by that time as we were all exhausted.

The front desk staff was fantastic. I cannot remember her name, but she was a tall, beautiful African-American woman just the best customer service I’ve ever experienced in a hotel.

Comfortable beds, clean sheets, clean, bathroom everything you want in a hotel

Everything the room customer service was great when I came there they assist me very well especially when booking.com did not

I didn't like booking.com for all the problems that they put me through they tried to charge me $65 when I paid $141 for to refund me my money they were rude and I don't think I might not be booking with them anymore

From start to finish impressed and has improved since my last visit 2 years ago. Cheap and cheerful has all that I needed for a short stay.

Nothing really. You are on a main road but you know what to expect from this. If I were to be picky I'd say needs a kettle but the coffee making is good enough I suppose.

I turn in towels but new ones were washing said I could get next day got new ones at the desk finally went to work came back and my towels were gone though new and folded took another day to get towel they said it was shortage don’t take garbage but took my new towels I overlook because I usually have a good experience

Being able to walk in the shower. I use a cane. I had a microwave and refrigerator. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable

The bathroom had smell from poor ventilation

I like that the room was clean. The staff was nice and professional.

The sink faucet was loose and there was a leak when you turned on the shower head.

The room was perfect like a little apartment

You have to pay $60 when you check in but they only pay $50 back because of a safe in your room but don't tell you that on check in very sneaky

Kenneth was so informational and very professional on rules and regulations of stays and kept me safe and secure and informed on any changes!

I like how comfortable I was and it was close by my door where I park.

I didn't like it was expensive price if it was less I would of had stayed longer
