Breakfast was great, as were the ladies working there at the time. All the employees we encountered were so nice (the exception being the kid working the Tuesday night shift. He wasn't BAD, just not so friendly). Generally very clean, nice lobby area. The beds were VERY comfy.

The building itself was a little...sad. old? Crusty. Our room had a poorly repaired ceiling leak. It was a little gross and damaged around the tub.The pool area wasn't good. All the windows and doors had holes and damage... the pool water was kinda cloudy and gross (not gross enough to keep us out!)

Check in was seamless. She was extremely friendly and made sure she answered any questions we had! Our room was amazing! Plenty of room for all of us and made us feel at home away from home. The pool was well kept and was comfortable temperature wise. Breakfast in the morning was delicious and we loved that they offered different options each morning, not just cold cereal and fruit.

The only issues we had were that we had a staff member come to our room the second night and tell us we were being too loud (our kids were playing uno) when we were hardly making any noise at all. Which made our kids a little uncomfortable. Also, our room keys were deactivated the morning of checkout. So we had to go down and reactivate keys to be able to get our belongings out to our car (all of the doors except for the front door require room keys to use). Also, the morning of check out there were 3 preteen/teenage children that were being allowed to run around the lobby, including tables/chairs/desks, and they about knocked my children over several times. However that was more of a parenting issue than a hotel issue.

Great location for my purpose which was passing through. It also felt safe as a solo female traveler I love that it’s dog friendly and the staff was really nice and helpful. The room was big and the breakfast was good.

Nothing really to complain about but in my bathroom the toilet just didn’t flush very well and I could see if you had multiple people staying with you that could eventually become an issue.

1. Breakfast had some unusual but delicious items you don’t see everywhere. 2. The beds were SUPER comfy. 3. Both the front desk people I interacted with were incredibly friendly. After we checked out, my daughter realized she had left her water bottle in the room, the lady that checked me out was amazing in getting us the water bottle.

The ONLY thing I could even say, is that the hall carpets could use a cleaning. Otherwise, everything was clean, including the pool and breakfast area.

The staff were helpful and went above expectations to help and make us comfortable. The room and public spaces were clean. Having guest laundry and a snack bar was convenient.

The room layout with the sink in the bedroom area and the very small toilet and shower space make it difficult when one person is sleeping and the other showering or using the sink. The closet is also small and difficult to access.

The room was good. Would have loved to have a hot tub. The pool was nice, good for swimming. Breakfast was pretty good; eggs could have been better. Fresh omelets are the way to go.

It was a bit noisy with all the kids around and at night I could hear music nearby, not sure if it was in the hotel or nearby outside. Would like a hot tub. I am seeing less and less of those in hotels we stay in and not sure why, but miss them because they are so relaxing after a long day.

We had a very pleasant stay at Hyatt . Hotel atmosphere and the staff were very good and the breakfast was also very nice . The kids loved the indoor swimming area. Overall we had a very nice experience

The only problem we faced was…..there wasn’t much space in the bathroom area of the room. The door was a bit tight and was like no space .

We stayed on the first floor this time and I really enjoyed being on the first floor. The room was very clean and comfortable. The pillows are not my favorite as they deflate pretty quickly. Breakfast was good. I enjoy the eggs very much. Have you considered adding any pastries to the menu? Danishes or croissants would be a nice addition.

All above were excellent. Breakfast was great and great choices! However, confusion on getting the beds and towels changed daily? Had to request a couple of times since the beds and towels were not changed?

Beds and towels were not changed for two of the five days we stayed. Had to let front desk know. Not sure of your daily procedures for this item?

The included breakfast was very good. Room size with sitting area was nice. Bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Toilet was very loud when it flushed (handle seemed a bit broken). The separate shower/toilet area was very small and awkward to use due to the large door.
