This hotel in Naperville was a good choice for my visit to a conference in the Chicago area. The value for money is extremely good and I enjoyed the spacious room. I am a European traveller, so to a local person the room might not seem so big. The A/C worked well, also did the Wifi, but quirkily enough one couldn't open the windows. There are restaurants and supermarkets a walking distance away, so there's no reason to worry about food or having to drive. The airport is roughly 45 min away by car.

The hotel is not a fancy or chic ordeal, it is a good standard place to stay when in the area. It is not close to Chicago downtown per se, which is roughly 1h away by car. There is, however, a train station that can take you to Chicago. I did not try it out though. The breakfast setting could use an upgrade, currently everything is done with disposable plates, cups, cutlery. There are good food alternatives around though and this hotel is a good choice for it's location and purpose.

Overall, a pleasant stay.

It was a holiday weekend. The room wasn't ready at around 6pm when we arrived. We had to wait for a while in the lobby. The breakfast room was short staffed so on at least one morning there wasn't much food and supplies weren't replenished. Neither of these issues detracted from the overall stay.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is great and easy to get to. Quiet area and lots of places to eat nearby.

Pool are was not well kept and there was a lack of towels. Not enough seating in rooms -- there were three of us and only 2 chairs. Sitting on the bed was uncomfortable and pillows were not supportive.

Breakfast was very good.

Housekeeping was erratic. Did not come on on the day asked for and attention to detail was so so. our room key kept failing. If they fixed one of our the other didi not work. We both had to be there

I loved my stay in Naperville. I had a car and saw Chicago and surrounds. Was there for 17 days all up. My son stayed at north Central College. Will be back next year. 🙂

Nil. Comfortable, clean and great staff.

I got the room for my parents for after a long day of visiting family, they said the stay was wonderful, the bed was very comfortable, the breakfast was amazing....I was very pleased with my interaction with Colin and Liz... thank you.

I know it was a holiday, but I wish it was a bit cheaper, I don't have a lot of money, but I found they had the best reviews so it was worth it for my parents.

Nice building. And warm pool.

Tons of kids running around. My car got hit by a baseball in the parking lot. Staff was alright. Parking limited in front. Building surrounded by other businesses. Breakfast wasn’t to good either.

I like that it was very quiet.

They didn't clean our room until very late in the day, after 4:00 and only left 1 cup and there were two of us but small things.

People were very nice

The landscape needs attention and the hallway walls were scarred by carts i assume

Breakfast room large enough for all the guests who arrived at the time we were there. Breakfast average. Not as much choice as other places we have stayed in. Staff efficient at clearing, cleaning and replenishing items.
