Staff could do a better job of protecting guest privacy by better monitoring invasive guests. A 2 night stay could have been enjoyable had I not had an additional party won floor above who on rambling through his room knocking on the walls and taking calls for the length of my 2 night stay. It felt like a waste of money. Sound proof the buildings EVRRYWHERE? ?

Pool, free breakfast, basketball court, and bedroom with door that closes! Also, had a pool table!

The front desk took a bit to show up whenever we were there but overall, this hotel was great!

The breakfast was really good! The staff was very attentive to every need and very polite! The room was really nice & cozy! I will definitely return again! 👌Just how I liked it! Great Job everybody!

It was nothing I didn’t like although I would have really enjoyed if they had a Jacuzzi! However I can’t complain!

There was some sort of an odor in the hallway of where our room was located. The breakfast options could be better with more healthier options.

I loved my room

I didn’t like the person I checked in with didn’t make me aware of breakfast times , check out time or any of the amenities. Also the pool was very warm & the elevators definitely freaked us out.

Bedroom Doors Bang a lot Need adjusting

I thought charging your customers $150.00 to bring a pet was way over the top. Everyone we were in Naperville with was staying there so we didn't have much of a choice. We travel quite frequently with our little dog that doesn't bark and we have never paid that kind of fee.

Friendly staff and professional. cleaning was on point . no complaints from me or my wife

didn't get to eat breakfast on the first day. coffee could have been a little more hot.

Good location. Nice breakfast with plenty of choices (thank goodness no more 'grab and go' breakfasts)! Room was very clean, what few staff we saw were very pleasant. Also very grateful the hotel is pet-friendly and even provides bags to clean up after pets.

Some higher traffic areas were a little dated and worn. Outside trashcan was overflowing with garbage. Pet fee too high.

The young lady at the reception was exceptional! Can’t remember her name, but she sure made us feel very welcome!
