The hotel is located very convenient to shopping and to the highways. The room and bathroom were very clean

The breakfast that was served could have been more. I would also recommend that the beds need to be upgraded. I had to sleep with the quilt on top of the bed because it hurt my back to sleep just on the bed. The pool has been empty for a long time and should be made available to the people who stay there.

But the pool was not working and you had to find out once you got to the property that’s one thing I do not like because that’s technically an inconvenience for me because if I wanted to stay there for the pool solely, I will have to find somewhere else to go and probably pay more so they need to let these parties know that they are no

The location, the hotel smelled really nice and the lobby gave a peaceful and tranquil vibe upon entering. the landscaping was beautiful. the rooms and windows was very clean.

My room’s window was facing a brick building/wall. There was ABSOLUTELY NO view!! The pool was out of order and had been for months I was later told by the attendant. Which, in fact was one of the reasons why I chose this property.. My family and friends were very disappointed :( However, the website stated otherwise..

In this room, 318, the shower curtain rod was reinstalled, but at the wrong angle. As a result, the shower curtain would NOT stay shut and water spills all over the bathroom floor while showering.

It was very clean and comfortable. The bed was perfect and the staff was nice. It was also very quiet. It was a great value. This property is not a luxury hotel. It is a clean and safe place to stay for an excellent price.

Great location while our daughter played in a volleyball tournament. Was six minutes from the facility. lots of food options nearby. This Super 8 had obviously renovated with new carpet, fresh paint and other things.

Not that we were expecting much, but the breakfast offered was mini bagels, toast and cereal. we passed on the breakfast and picked up at local food options. the facility is a bit dated, but the work on freshening up was noticeable.

The staff and the Front Desk personnel were very friendly and was pleasant to talk too. They helped us when we needed anything. It was very close to the main streets and close to shopping.

Our bathroom fan didn't seem to suck out the moisture when taking a shower. The carpet in our room looked like it should be replaced. It had stains on it and it looked like it needed to be cleaned. Overall, the room was descent. The morning breakfasts could be better also. Our first morning I had to bring it to the front desk that the milk was sour and should be replaced and the refrigerator didn't seem to be cooling at the proper temperature. The waffle maker had to be cleaned because there was no spray available to spray on the waffle maker and it burned the mix.

the location was good and close to the event we were attending

the shower drain in one of the rooms was very slow to drain. Also, on the second day the key card to one of the rooms stopped working and wouldn’t unlock the door. A staff member came up and was able to open the door, but couldn’t make or provide a new keycard and said my daughters would have to enter and exit through the door of our adjoining rooms. Which was an inconvenience.

Wonderful management, excellent price, clean, pleasant, and perfect for our needs.

The breakfast is modest. I was hoping for a little more variety but it was sufficient and nice.

Everyone was so friendly. The room we had was amazing. Next time we visit family here in Illinois, we will definitely be staying here again!
