The staff and location. Was perfect.

The hot tub was very dirty and broke. While on my trip I had to make a call to booking about a room discrepancy, and omg booking representatives were overly rude. I spoke to 2 ppl and after they said what they had to say they hung up on me. I will be making another complaint because this is ridiculous

Location was good, lots of shops and restaurants around and next to the train station. Rooms were nice.

The pool was closed for remodeling and booking did not have that anywhere on the listing other wise I would had not booked somewhere without a pool. It is not the hotels fault as it was stated on their website. That is my only complaint. I think booking should have had a disclaimer.

Breakfast was OK. Staff not particularly friendly.

More choice, ie cold meats, cheese, pastries. Out side area at the back needs keeping on top of. Tables dirty, Chair broken, needed sweeping

The breakfast meat option should really be expanded. For cultural and religious reasons, I do not consume pork products. The hotel offered nothing as protein option that was not pork products.

This property is in the perfect location, I enjoyed my stay as well as the food and shopping centers.

I didn’t like that, there was only 1 elevator working my entire stay.

Good location , friendly staff, good breakfast

The property is quite old, rust and dust build up is visible on air vents. Floor tiles seem gritty and dirty. Plastic bathtub seem old and cheap. Windows the only open 10 percent of the way. Definitely a late 1990’s early 2000s hotel.

Breakfast was good.

Had to ask for more towels since four persons in our room. Had to request that our cleaned every day . Thought for paying over $2,000.00 for our stay we should have had our room cleaned without having to request it.

Cleanist hotel I have ever stayed in…and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful!

Maybe a little more parking…

Secluded yet near conveniences. Really good breakfast.

1. Didn’t get the room that I booked. 2. The lighting in the room was too low. Especially in the kitchenette.
