The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Didn't like the fact that $12 a day was charged for parking in their private parking lot. Not sure why there needed to be a charge to park. This is the first time we ever encountered that kind of fee in the suburbs. Also, the TV channels could have been better. Even the local WGN station was not available!

Breakfast is not free and no continental breakfast. You had to pay $12 for parking which is hidden in FINE PRINT. I would have picked a different hotel with breakfast and free parking if I was made aware of that up front. So shame on booking.com for not dding that to the total.

Rooms and beds were clean and comfortable. The bistro at breakfast was misleading on breakfast that was included and I paid a really high price for oatmeal. Overall I would stay again just eat breakfast elsewhere.

Beautiful room, look of comfort and quality. Peaceful and relaxing. Our son lives 2 miles away so when we visit again we will definitely stay here.

Trash under desk had not been emptied from previous guests and it was full so it was unusable.

The staff member that was there the whole time, was nothing but a breath of fresh air! She was working a double shift until 7am this day and always had a smile on her face. The only problem was, I never asked her name. She was from Pittsburgh tho!

The location was excellent for the reason we were in the area. The beds were comfortable.

The refridgerator in the room did not have a freezer portion. That made it that we could not keep our ice packs frozen.

Check-in had very friendly people who discovered we were on a weekend getaway for our anniversary. They later had chocolate dipped strawberries & a note delivered to us - extremely thoughtful gesture. Every time we arrived or left we were greeted by the staff.

We didn’t have any maid service & had to find someone to furnish towels since our previous ones were still wet. We were not told not to expect maid service or we would have been prepared.

The desk clerk was excellent and all others friendly

I would have liked for the shower water to be just a bit hotter. Probably was an issue with that room.

The fitness center was very impressive. I don't see the selection of equipment at most hotels.

The layout of our room was a little odd. The bed was alongside the tv, which made watching from bed slightly uncomfortable.
