Centrally located, ample parking and a beautiful venue. Our room was clean and spacious and hotel staff absolutely wonderful from the front desk attendant to the young man who took our room keys.

Perhaps due to ongoing construction elsewhere in the hotel (we were given a sheet of paper explaining it wasn’t occurring in our portion and if we had issues with noise to alert the staff) my partner and I had some allergy issues (I believe from the dust). This hindered our rest unfortunately.

We loved the location- great area in the suburbs. Outside of building was impressive as was the inside. Staff were so very friendly and attentive including the front desk, housekeeping, and the restaurant. Rooms were modern and immaculately clean. Elevators were always readily available. The breakfast buffet was excellent- beautiful display, lots of variety, and the food was delicious. Every single part of our stay here was beyond positive. If we ever have the occasion to go back to this area, we will definitely stay here again!

Breakfast was decent. . Plenty of fruit--a real plus. Also, the service was very good and polite. Lovely facilities--spacious, clean, etc. Also, great location--near lovely restaurants and other amenities. Annie Liu was very helpful with some issues we had. Great lady.

Would suggest better quality oatmeal and crisp bacon. We had ordered king bed and instead were stuck with 2 doubles. Also, had booked with 2 free breakfasts but was given one ticket (it should have been 2)--which I didn't even know what it was for until later. When we were then asked to pay for breakfast, it took some doing for staff to come through --but they did, accepting we had breakfast coming. There was no clock in the room and more light would have been nice.

Some of the room views are not the greatest. Our room this year looked straight at the white canopy out back. Extremely bright. A couple room windows are so fogged you can’t see out of them. Most are nice

Location and amenities were wonderful.

I was at the hotel prior to check in and asked by chance if my room might be ready, they said it was but it was another $50 for early check in. That was on top of an already overpriced room that was $60 over the advertised price. I like this property but I don't want to get nickle and dimed.

Property was large and clean. Big modern entrance lobby. Room was spacious, good shower and bathroom. Chose here as this was close to the large shopping centre which was walking distance.

We didn’t drive and weren’t able to get a shuttle to the city. The day we were here was the Chicago marathon so Uber was a bit difficult, however staff were very helpful.

small pool. water cloudy. no hot tub. unless you are elite water bottles cost $5. but I was not actually charged at checkout. even though it's in an obvious location, at night it's difficult to find

Great location, the room was very comfortable. The restaurant was good, with a limited menu. The Starbucks coffee bar was great to have. The shuttle to and from the convention center was great.

Berta and Marcus did an excellent job of fixing ongoing issues with booking.com reservations that never matched theirs. It took very long and was annoying but they were patient and gracious.
