The hotel is marvelous , I stayed one day but it was very good experience. The beautiful lady at the from disk (Narjis) was very helpful to allowed us for late checkout

Even though the breakfast was good, it would be better to clarify the any of the contents of pork. As that we are Muslim we don’t eat pork at all.

Very good staff. Special mention for the breakfast manager who was working on 5/16/25. Upon knowing my dietery restrictions, he made special vegan patties for me so that I do not go hungry. This is an exceptional service and handling the guests with such a care! Thank you so much !! This hotel is placed at a very convenient location from ORD and also midst of all the shopping area. Very good service indeed !! Also, the reception lady whom I worked withf for checkin on 5/15 was nice as well. Thank you to both. Due to Bookings.com policy, I cannot name the people but it is wonderful staff you have at this place.

You desk manager went above and beyond. Upon checking she just mentioned to me hope you have a great time in Chicago. I told her I was there to attend a funeral. That evening I had a hand written note in my room telling us if we needed anything just let her know and extending her sympathy to us. Much appreciated!!!

The hotel was very welcoming by the front desk staff and it was very clean. The small pool was also well maintained.

Only positive criticism would be the layout of the breakfast area could be improved. The waffle station had a line in the corner and just seemed a bit crammed.

Extremely good location with walking distance from Costco and Woodfield Mall with excellent stores and restaurants and food court. Ample parking and Buffet which had a nice selection of breakfast options . Full complementary coffee set up in the reception area. Overall great experience. Strongly recommended.

Front desk is friendly, I can get the answer easily from her. Breakfast is kind of salty, I think it's the difference between Eastern and Western. But the oat milk is awesome, I love it so much!

Though it's pretty clean, no dust, no bug, but I feel itchy when I sleep on the bed. Also, there are some weird smell in the building, at the beginning I thought it's the smell of America, but after these days I live in other place, I think it's not normal.

We received a warm welcome. The room was comfortable and met all our needs. We appreciated the toiletries provided. Breakfast was great: loads of good options. It was a good stay.

Sadly, there were no office facilities, which would have been helpful for printing boarding passes.

We booked 2 rooms to celebrate our sons 13th birthday. The rooms were adjoining which we really appreciated. Check in was so smooth. The staff had a birthday gift waiting in our room for our son. So nice of them!

I cant list anything that we didn't like. We enjoyed our stay.

Clean and short walks to get to our room from all our destinations.

No shuttles on weekends, would have saved us a few bucks off of having to use ride sharing.

I stayed one night at the SpringHill by Marriott for business and found the hotel to be exceptional. The room was cozy and in great condition. Special thanks to Narjas for her outstanding support during our stay; she was incredibly nice and helpful.
