The hotel was beautiful, and I love the way it was set up. The room was spacious and well kept. I loved the hotel environment and vibe. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends. It was within walking distance to the convention center.

The hotel pool was so loud. There is nothing in there to cancel out the sound. It was so bad you couldn't have conversations or enjoy yourself. Also, the breakfast was chaos. There needed to be multiple people making omelets and one person making omelets should not have been in charge of making waffles as well. He was working as hard as he could, but it was just too much for one person. There also was not enough seating.

This was a great experience and we enjoyed our stay. From check-in with Kenny, exceptional customer service. To Estela and staff ( Omelet gentleman) the entire breakfast staff was so friendly and welcoming. We just loved Cesar, the bartender, who was just a delight to us and very attentive. The beds were comfortable and room was clean, so thanks to the maid service. We asked and we received. Thank you all and WE will return. Exceptional service and accommodations.

An early phone call woke us up… after pulling into hotel at 3:30am. Smoke detector in room was beeping, gentleman came in room and took it out for us and asked if maintenance could come in next day to fix it. We discussed sending them in the afternoon so we could sleep in. Obviously that message was not communicated to the next morning staff. We received an 8:00am phone call asking if they could come fix it then. Too early after going to bed around 4:00am. Other than that, all was great!!

The breakfast is 🔥! Very clean, drink tickets, complimentary waters, and fast service when I asked for sheets and or any other request.

If I didn't like anything, it was trivial. The only one that came to mind was you had to guess what side of the 2 sides of elevators doors were going to open and what direction they were going on our level (2). It was kinda fun for me not so for my son.

I like the size of our suite. The staff was friendly, loved the ready to order omelets. The water pressure in the shower was great and always seemed to have hot water so nice.

The hotel seemed to have a slight musty smell wasn't horrible at least. Our shower curtain was cloth inside and out getting water all over the floor every time we took a shower.

Breakfast and location are great; all the staff went above and beyond with excellent service; the hotel was very clean!

Elevator is old and slow. Bathroom lighting is bad, needs small mirror for applying makeup. Good happy hour with perks!

The staff was VERY kind and helpful. Nice made to order breakfast in the morning. They had French toast and eggs, sausage, bacon, yogurt, variety of toasts and breads, oj,coffee,and breakfast potatoes.

Ice maker was broken on our floor so that was a bit inconvenient

Everything was wonderful and we were well taken care of during our stay. Facilities were working well and breakfast was nice every morning

The only thing that went wrong is that our check in was delayed. We we arrived to be checked in at 4pm. We did not get inside the room until 4:45pm

Chef would not give me a carry out container. I had to get to a conference at a certain time and wanted to take my breakfast to go so I just wrapped it in a bunch of napkins. When I got to my room, the first day, the bath tub was filled with water and then I realized the bathroom hadn't been cleaned.
