The room was spacious and the front desk staff was very polite and professional. The pull out coach was comfortable and worked well for our teen traveling with us.

The carpet was less than appealing. It was stained and there was a stragne large wet spot next to the bed. The couch pillows were stained and noticible when you flipped them over. The room seemed clean other than those things, just needs some refresh to really make it feel "clean." The bathroom was spacious however there was no soap, shampoo or conditioner in the room, the bottles in the shower were empty and we had to ask for some at the front desk. Also, the breakfast states it goes until 10am on the weekend online, but it was shut down PROMPTLY, I mean PROMPTLY at 9am.

One adult and 3 kids. Room had 4 beds and 2 bathrooms and a kitchen with full fridge, oven/stove, microwave, and dishwasher. Even had kitchenwares. Place was very quite and close to everything we needed. It isn't a highend 5 star place but was a great price for what felt like a furnished apartment for a family. Staff was amazing and friendly. Breakfast was great and plenty of places to sit and enjoy it. If we every travel back, we will stay here again. Felt like home away from home. I would recommend this to anyone who is traveling with a family and staying more than a night,.

The accomodation was perfect for our family of 5. Just the right size with all required amenities like the communial laundry room to wash and dry your clothes. kitchen with all the utensils needed and the beds were extremely comfortable. I will definitely recommend it to a growing family like mine. 2 separate rooms with 2 bathrooms and a sofa bed.

The breakfast was not as expected coming from the UK. The breakfast in our hotels are very different. However, I will not make a big issue out of it as we were able to cook our desired breakfast. It is available if required.

It was bigger than I expected. The property gives more of a at home feeling then a hotel stay. It’s like an apartment complex more so than a hotel.

I liked everything. My only suggestion is to separate the rooms that guest have pets in. In my suite you can tell that the room had a cat in the room the head board was stretched up, and it was stains in the carpet. The room was very clean, but those things I noticed immediately after arriving.

First I have to say we love staying with Sonesta, but this time the garbage disposal didn’t work and the sink did not have a stopper in order to keep water in the sink or keep food out of the garbage disposal. We spoke with the front desk. They spoke to maintenance who checked out kitchen outlets but we never got a stopper. The bed in our room (2213) was so very uncomfortable with little support, rolling us to the middle. Nether my husband or I have back problems, but our backs still hurt 4 days after checking out. I may need to postpone my scheduled shoulder surgery until the pain is gone.

The space of the room and the fact that all dogs are welcomed The room was Gamer friendly. The pancakes were great. The pancakes from the machine was amazing!!! Breakfast selection was good.

The $250 hold fee, of course. Even though the room was 165 and it was just a hold put on my card. for the night It added up to $415. Costly!!! The furniture was worn and peeling on the sofa cushions. The door wouldn't close all the way unless you slammed it. Too much furniture. Once the sofa bed was let out. It was difficult to navigate thru the space Breakfast times 2 hour time frame. I had to drive to the main building to get breakfast

I really liked the location, and the rooms were very cozy.

I didn’t like that I couldn’t sleep because the boiler, which provided heat, kept turning on and off throughout the night. It was constantly running and shutting off, possibly due to the extremely cold temperatures outside. Also, in my opinion, a lot of cold air was coming through the windows because they were very thin.

Big space, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, very cozy and roomy area. Bit pricier but still absolutely worth it.

I wish the kitchen had more utensils/pans/etc. It is advertised as having enough to cook but it's incredibly bare bones. I brought my own stuff to cook and I should have brought more than I did.

Comfortable spacious apartment. Functional kitchen with enough equipment to self cater. Comfortable beds. Grocery stores and public transport within reasonable walking distances. Pleasant helpful staff.

A lot of wasteful packaging associated with breakfast items and use of disposable plates and cutlery. More healthy items could have been offered for breakfast (although we still enjoyed what we ate).

We loved the size of the room and how quiet it was.

We know breakfast only went until 9, but we went to get coffee at 9 and there wasn’t any to be found. At least coffee should be accessible always! Also the rug was pretty stained but we understand that because it was a pet friendly room.
