Breakfast was great. Food was always warm and always well stocked. It was quiet, clean, and seemed relatively well maintained. Beds were comfortable.

The rooms are quite snug. For the number of people expected to sleep in there, closet and drawer space was at a premium. The desk chair got in the way of getting around the bed a lot. The bathroom didn't seem to have a exhaust vent fan that turned on, so the room got humid post-shower.

I liked the location. Very convenient and close to what I needed.

Both elevators didn’t work. Everyone had to share just the one working elevator. The light fixture in the bathroom above the sink didn’t work along with the electrical outlet in the bathroom. The bathroom didn’t have a working vent either. The shower curtain smelled of urine. It either needs to be washed or changed out!

The breakfast was pretty decent! There wasn't much of a selection but the coffee tasted really good and surprisingly I liked the frozen breakfast sandwiches they filled me up every morning! The staff when we were both checking in and out were super friendly!

our room was right next to the elevator and ice machine and then there were people in the room next to us so it was pretty noisy. They also had people working on the lights or some thing with the ceilings so having people standing in the hallway talking all day it was also pretty noisy

Didn't accommodate us the dates was wrong. I got charge saying we were a no show on Sat 24th, when it was suppose to be Sun until Tues. Rude and unprofessional Not apologized at all. Will stay there again.

Everything was good. Always is room to improve. But for me with this stay no complaints.

Great stay. Close by restaurants, gas stations, grocery stores, shopping mall, etc. All within 5 mins drive. Hotel was quiet, clean, safe, spacious. Served breakfast. Had microwave, fridge, iron board (no iron though), tv, etc. Receptionist was pleasant and very nice and helpful. Definitely recommend and would stay again!!

They did not have an iron and I needed one!!

Family friendly, great value for the amenities included. Staff always made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed

We travel to Chicago every so often to go shopping. This is the first time we ever stayed here. We were very impressed with our stay here. The staff was all so nice to us. The room was very clean and spacious. The location was excellent for our shopping needs. The parking was excellent. We are going to make sure we stay here from now on.
