Everything. The staff is amazing.! JJ the GM is exceptional! He goes above and beyond to make guests feel at home. The customer service is top notch, their level of professionalism is unmatched and the amenities are the icing on the cake. If I might add, you outdid yourself with the private lounge, it is neatly tucked away from the maddening crowd and provides solace for guests who have another person in their room and need space. It is so comfy and inviting.

I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS, but suggest adding or reintroducing daily breakfast. The facilities are already set-up for it and the hotel would remain at 100% occupancy. This would definitely increase your competitive edge. Also, having a shuttle service to and from the airport would be wonderful.

On my second night the guy at the front desk tried to come in my room while I was asleep at night he banged on the door then he tried to come in and I said that I’m in Here he said this is supposed to be vacant and he said he put me in wrong 319. I said no you did not wrong person so I’ll put my clothes on and went Down to the front desk And the guy that he put in 319 he said that he didn’t want that wrong and he apologize to me and I told him that he violated my privacy and I to get compensated for at least two nights free he seems I’ll talk to his supervisor but she didn’t come in so he claims he said he left her notes, but she didn’t answer him or call him back he says

Most hotels put me in rooms facing back (unless I "beg" for front) so I thought it was very nice of Gentleman to assign room facing front without me even asking for it. However later when I heard the barking dog next door I was like ..Oh Ok.."Now I see why I'm here!!" By then though, I had also noticed some things missing like no luggage rack, no desk & No Table! I know there's supposed to be some kind of table with seating but this room (#320) didnt have any. I get the impression hotels regard One Night bookings as their chance to give you whatever/"less desireable" spot they have, as if one night "won't matter" but in reality it should almost be The Opposite. We might in fact be looking to stay longer and are just doing one night to check things out & make sure we're not stuck with something we don't want (Like a barking dog) and then having to ask to be moved and the staff maybe not being "too eager" to do so. But anyway..overall I think is still pretty good place (hence I gave it a 10) but they should take care of the "little things". Things like missing furniture I mentioned, the mattress maybe "getting up there"(?) and The Headboard had a bad stain on it (looked like hair product build up where prior guest probably rested his/her head for extended time) Worst part sometimes though can be inconsiderate guests, so maybe hotels should spread people out (whenever possible). I mean certainly try not to put the person expressing concern with noise right next to the barking dog. (Typically Front desk knows where the barking dogs are). But Again, like I said, overall I do recommend and its still a Very Good property.

Dislike — when construction workers are drinking in the parking lot , blaring music til 6am . Dog owners not picking up the dogs “ business “ , left all over the grassy areas . Dogs barking during the night . It’s very disturbing to think cats are frowned upon , but dogs that bark during the night and owners that won’t pick up after their dogs . Like — overall the facility was clean , quiet and the staff were ABSOLUTELY AWESOME! They made my stay enjoyable.

J.J. was very helpful in helping me find the right room suitable to my needs for my prolonged stay. He was very professional in assisting me with making my payment.

I didn't like to see the stack of garbage bags outside the guests rooms on the second floor corridor at 12 noon on Saturday. I've been at this location before and this is the first time I see this happening. Maybe the cleaning crew was short staffed on the weekend.

I liked location, it was very convenient to many stores. I also enjoyed the room. Just what I needed. The laundry room was easy to use with the app instead of coins. For the price and everything I'd stay again. I was here to help clean a house and see a few friends. So I was just looking for a convenient place I can cook dinner and rest my head at night.

Some things needed fixed. Toilet handle is cracked. The pillows were a bit lumpy. Unfortunately there was a fire down the hall. It wasn't bad but smoke filled hallway. It was choking. Thanks the police and fire department came. Got it under control and all was well. The description says they have breakfast but they don't have it anymore at this hotel.

The staff was nice

When we first came in there was a very unpleasant scent in the room, the room kinda smelled old. It wasn't dirty, it was just an old kinda smell to it. Also we only had like half a roll of toilet paper on the roll. But overall it was decent for a 1 night stay.

I enjoy the location and the convenience of having a fridge, stove, microwave in the room. The table and bed were very squeaky. The bed is somewhat uncomfortable but good enough for the price I paid. I will be staying there again next month.

The only thing that would have been nice is an additional chair in the room otherwise everything was good.

It’s really good and we enjoyed our time here. The room was clean and has enough space, the staff was very friendly and I would prefer to stay here next time
