Hotel was very clean. Room was nice. Breakfast was good. They had a fireplace outside that you could sit around at night. Mini market was handy for snacks/drinks.

There is no fan in the bathroom, so taking showers and opening the bathroom door made the room very humid. Which in turn made the room smell musty. The A/C was working fine until the last night when it kept trying to cycle. The faucet water when turned to warm was boiling hot. Had to be extra careful as I had burned my hand twice turning it on.

Breakfast was excellent but perhaps expensive if not included in room rate - We had french toast, fruit cup and cooked breakfast across the days we were there, coffee was Starbucks and really good Shuttle within 5 mile radius -however difficult to know where a 5 mile radius ends - a poster would be good showing this - only within certain times though. In general the service was excellent and staff helpful.

The decor in the rooms was very dated The mattress was a bit soft but bed linen was good Location without a car felt a bit isolated, but with a car well located One receptionist was a bit opinionated which was not appropriate In lounge area there was a TV but struggled to watch this whilst waiting for an Uber as reception music playing at loud volume. Consider making a quiet space without both playing at same time

The room and hotel were very clean and comfortable. Having the backyard area was relaxing with the landscaping, lightly piped in music and if we wanted to, grill. The staff were very helpful as well

room 106 had mechanical sounds that at times could keep you up at night. There was also an issue with the water temperature in the shower. Made for quick showers

The staff was the highlight of my stay. I arrived late to the hotel (1:30AM) and Ms. Toni made sure I was welcomed and comfortable. She was such a delight and full of energy. I was glad to be greeted by her upon arrival and when I departed at 4:30AM. I would book again with this hotel just because of her hospitality.

This Courtyard location is a bit outdated than what I am used to at other Courtyard locations. My initial room had an older/smaller TV and the fridge was not cold. Ms. Toni was quick to resolve and assigned me to a better room. This location only has your standard cable TV. Most upper end hotels have an updated entertainment OS with smart TV functions. And not to the fault of the hotel, but the construction in the surrounding areas make it very difficult to navigate to the hotel via google navigations. The road closures sent me driving in circles when I'm only a couple blocks away.

Breakfast was excellent. Eggs, bacon, potatoes and toast were all very good. I loved the Starbucks coffee!

Room had plaster all over the ceiling due to leak im guessing. Just didnt look the best. Also, bedding was torn.

Everyone, I mean “everyone”, we dealt with at Courtyard Marriott was exceptionally friendly and helpful!

Loved everything about this property! I didn’t get the woman’s name who checked us in but, she was amazing! Honestly the whole staff SUPER friendly! This establishment has GREAT customer service! Very clean! Definitely will be returning!

The pool was a little small and the breakfast was one entree instead of a buffet style. The kids like the buffet style better.

I loved how I was greeted by Tawanna Washington as soon as I walked in. She was so much joy to talk to made sure my stay would be comfortable. the rooms were phenomenal beds super comfortable as well. I will most definitely stay there again.

The hotel was super clean and the bed was very comfortable. There is generous parking in front. Check in was very efficient.
